NY Giants star running back Ahmad Bradshaw has apparently developed an extra-special relationship with former "Jersey Shore" star Angelina Pivarnick ... TMZ has learned ... but the Staten Island Dump insists they're NOT officially dating.

Angelina was at Saddle Ranch in L.A. yesterday ... when we asked point blank if they were together ... and we were met with an uncomfortable silence ... followed by, "I'm not dating him ... like, no."

Pivarnick explained, "We've hung out together ... we're really close, he's a cool dude."

"I think he's a hot black ... I'm not gonna deny that. I would be lying if I told you he wasn't hot."

Angelina recently posted a photo of the two lookin' all cozy at a NY club a few weeks ago -- they look platonic to you?

That's what jumped out to me too. Guess she's afraid of losing that imaginary trust fund GL was talking about. After all she's a bartender she does big things lol. What's funny is all of those girls are trashy yet would have the nerve to look down their noses at black men.

well it's on him. he chooses to date a hoe, so to make herself feel she gotta shit on him......it is his fault he is the reigning sb winner, he could bang almost any chick,even cheerleaders. don't forget stacy keibler use to be a ravens cheerleader.

She's Italian-American. Didn't someone on here say that Italians aren't fond of blacks? So maybe family pressure is more the problem than losing a trust fund.

they are mad at this but not the whoring she did on jersey shore? even if that is true, she is still an adult,not a child. it's the 21 century, she doesn't have to worry about her parents, she must have recieved decent money from her 15 minutes of fame. the point is she is responsible for her actions. there is no excuse.

That's usually the older generations. Younger ones are usually so obsessed with being" Italian" and GTLing they don't have much concern for racism. And the trust fund thing was pure sarcasm. I ain't letting that one go. Apparently white women give up all that's good in their lives including high paying exec jobs and trust funds to date us so we should be thanking our lucky stars if one even gives us attention.

That's what I meant though. Italian families are known to be big, tight-knit families, so she might be bowing to the pressure that her parents might put on her were she to date IR. Someone in that position may not want to be an outcast in their family. Just a thought.
