Never......ever......for a waking moment take your good health for granted...........there are folks all around you, and folks even on this forum secretly suffering horrific and debilitating illnessess......Maladies too embarrassing to share....Too costly to treat...Too deep seated to correct.....Recognize that your life could change in an instant with a bad diagnosis.......So if you have good health, rejoice in the moment, feel fortunate and never again take it for granted...........

Too true, Arch. Without good health, nothing else matters.

Amen!!!!

On a completely unrelated note: I want you BM to know that sometimes, us WW, when our eyes are closed while on the train, we are imagining shaggin the S&&t out of you. Just sayin.

also when we are walking down the street with a smile on our face, or walking down the aisle in the stupidmarket, or when drinking our coffee in the cafe, or when standing outside our child's classroom waiting for school to finish...

I think about it more now than I ever did in my 20's!! And they say older women....never mind. We know the truth.

Really taking your message to heed...I do take my good health for granted and am lucky I have it.

On a similar note, my mother would always remind me whenever I didn't appreciate something...
"I cried I had no shoes until I saw a man with no feet".

not to sound callous, but this is why i love working in healthcare

the job security is second to none

the flipside is that you're constantly bombarded with examples of the frailty of mankind

so...sometimes your left wondering what you'll contract or develop over your course of life

providing a warm smile and helping someone or a family in need, is one of life's greatest joys tho

You are also TDK. Lol do you ever sleep?

I got a 180 something research paper that needs to be done by the end of the semester I never sleep lol.
School causes constant insomnia for me. You always wonder if you know the material well enough and prove your theories. I read anywhere between 200 to 300 pages a day. The sick thing is I actually love this.
