Hellz yeah! I don't really go to watch sports but enjoy them. e.g. I'd rather go play football with friends than watch a game on tv. My favourite sports all center around the water.

Is there a nice beach that you go to in NYC?

No in NYC on Long Island. I was gonna suggest you see a Yankee game while you're here. Its an amazing experience or a Knicks game if you don't mortgaging your first born lol
 
I was happy that i was walking even was not often .. but i was not feeling good this past few days and all went down the drain .. was walking for almost 7 km each time...and was not looking to put more time but start some weights.. did two times but now nothing not even walk .. i feel i have to start all over again :(

am angry with myself :mad:
 
So I've been thinking about how long should I should remain on this site? So I thought about either 1 (or 2) of these 3 things:

1. I would be a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo which would make me a Master Rank, that'll probably take me possibly 7 years to get since I'm still a First Dan

2. I get a Black Belt in Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which I heard that could take 10 yrs. And I haven't started yet.

3. If I end up dating/marrying a woman who is not white. Since we know how some people can get upset if your not talking about white women.

If you excel far in your martial arts pursuits, consider channeling your skill into instruction or competition for merit and trophies---- with less emphasis on defending your honor......We live in an era where ignorant proud men with access to deadly weapons can't and won't fight fair anymore.......

I've been stressing that for so long

Bjj is very good for sport because you have to use your mind and body

It's more about the mind and technique tho, so u can roll until you're old

How great it is to just get up and have your lunch ready in a minute
and not worry what to make ..when alone you dont give a damn just grab anything .. my lunch today was a small tomato, a piece of fetta cheesse and a boild egg..(cooked it in the morning and had one for breakfast and left one for lunch so no need to cook it for lunch lol)

maybe not the best food for some but not having to preper anything beats any good food :p
