Charlize Theron New Man

Im 100% a real BM, i have nothing to hide.

In fact 1 chick from this site has seen me on cam, and can confirm it for you

I dont go by the script( the script being that as a BM, im supposed to be dumb, and oblivious to whats happening around me). WM hate BM like me. I routinely win debates againist white guys in my age group, and againist some asians as well

There's a script on how to be a Black man??? Since when???

No more like a "script" they expect a BM to follow, and if he doesnt go by that script, they label him as FAKE( Jon Jones MMA Fighter perfect example)

Who are "they" and if you are the real Black man you claim you are then why are you worrying about what "they" say to begin with?

So am i..

btw i hate to change the subject( and this is not meant a slight or a diss). But does your gf have kids(and if she does, does she only have your kids, or does she have some from a previous relationship). I ask this a lot on facebook, not because it affects me, but for a different reason

No mother fucker, I'm not one of those stereotype Black males that both ignorant White and Black fucks like to throw out there to get their stupid ass points across. I'm married and have been for going on close to 15 years. My wife is not overly obese ghetto wanna be bottom of the barrel white trailer trash who seem to be the only kind of White women that Black men can according to you geniuses. She was not married before being with me nor did she have kids by anyone before me. We have two children, twins at that a boy and a girl 10 soon to be 11 this summer. Both are well adjusted and get along with Black, White, Hispanic, Asian and any other type people you can name that they have had the opportunity interact with. And yes they have had racial encounters with ignorant individuals both White and Black. Any other questions you have Mr. Education Everyone on Shit You Don't Know?

How did you get so messed up already???

So what if a woman has kids by another man? Relationships/marriages don't always work out. So if a woman has kids to an ex-husband, she's of no value to another man? I'm assuming that the same can then be said for the father as well? He must be of no value either since he's already fathered children with another woman.

Somebody needs to put you in your place. You come in here and tangle with people who are older, wiser, more experienced and you want to tell them the way of the world? You have nerve, I'll give you that.

Nope... you seem like a good dude. I dont even know why we are arguing over anything

BTW you are right... I dont have a White GF yet. But its not because im unattractive or anything. Its because i dont know how to apporach them that well( im not afraid to admit it). Im like 6'4, 220 lbs, and i live in one the whitest neighborhoods in Texas. Police Officers will ask you questions for even jogging with a white female if you are a BM

Some advice: Expand your horizons and quit looking at the White man as the overall enemy when ignorant people across the spectrum are the problem. It goes a long way to helping to approaching White women without that big ass racial chip on your shoulder. There's nothing wrong with having pride in being a Black man and knowing there are fucked up things in the world that happen based on race, just don't let that shit dictate what kind of HUMAN BEING you are.

Charlize Theron is anti-marriage which is probably down to her background.

Therons mother shot her alcoholic father dead in self defence after he threatened them both while drunk in 1991.

She is South African and she adopted a baby from the US. The baby by reports is African American. Sigh. I will Google for you so you don't have to. Here is the first story that came up.

http://www.bet.com/news/national/2012/03/15/commentary-a-black-baby-for-charlize-theron.html

Another day, another celebrity adoption.

Oscar-winning South African actress Charlize Theron has adopted a new baby boy named Jackson. But Theron’s adoption is a bit different from others you may have heard about. That’s because Theron adopted a Black baby. Not just that, she adopted a Black American baby. It may not sound all that remarkable to you, but it is.

Studies show that African-American babies and male babies are the least likely children in American orphanages to be adopted. This from a 2010 piece in the New York Times:

The probability that a non-African-American baby will attract the interest of an adoptive parent is at least seven times as high as the corresponding probability for an African-American baby. The desire for white babies can be partly, but not fully, explained by the fact that most of the adoptive parents in this data set were white; previous research has found that adoptive parents often want children who look similar to themselves.

Exacerbating the racial debate around adoption is that when white parents do adopt Black children, they often do so in other countries. Madonna, for instance, adopted her son, David, from Malawi, while Angelina Jolie adopted her daughter, Zahara, from Ethiopia.

Nobody is saying African orphans aren’t in need of loving homes, of course, but to some it seems a bit strange to go abroad to adopt when plenty of children are in need of good homes in America.

Allison Darke, a Canadian woman who adopted a Black son named Ethan in 2005, told ABC News, “I just don't understand why American couples go to China and Romania and places like that when they have kids in their own backyards.” Darke was one of a growing number of foreigners who are coming to America to adopt African-American children.

Thankfully, it seems as if some high-profile Americans are blazing a trail for others. In 2010, actress Sandra Bullock adopted a son, Louis, from New Orleans, a city that’s notoriously struggled with violence and poverty. And though Theron isn’t American, she certainly helps set an example for many of the nation’s citizens, who frequently look to celebrities for what’s acceptable in culture.

It might sound nationalistic to some, but asking Americans to look domestically for a child before adopting abroad is not crazy or bigoted. It’s just asking them to acknowledge that there are kids here who need help as well. Perhaps it’s just too painful for some to consider that there are places in Baltimore where kids are as needy as children thousands of miles away.

It's probably good that all these white celebs and/or white folks are adopting black kids but it also says to me that we as African American as per usual ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN to the point that someone else has to now raise our damn kids!

I agree that the amount of unwanted children is distressing, but let's also remember that the statement above is also true of EVERY child that is up for adoption, not just within the black community.

both well stated but whats crazy is that there are black people mad at white people for adopting black kids but then have not adopted any themselves. It was a write up in a black mag (ebony or essence). They gave the peerson for and the person against in the article

That's true but besides from say maybe oversees Asian kids that are adopted (Chinese kids in particular), the adoptions that get the most media attention seem to be of black kids either from here or from Africa.

you don't have all the facts to make such wild statements......

I think the statistics speak as to the children available to adopt and why probably, you see more celebs adopting black children. They are probably easier to adopt and there is more need. :smt102

Statistics

Based on the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS), the fiscal year of 1998 showed that approximately 64% of children waiting in foster care in the are of minority background; 32% are white. Out of all foster children waiting for adoption 51% are black, 11% are Hispanic, 1% are American Indian, 1% are Asian/Pacific Islander, and 5% are unknown/unable to determine. Data from the 1995 National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG) show that adoption of an unrelated child was most common among childless white women and those with higher levels of income and education. The most recent estimate of interracial adoption was performed in 1987 by the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) and it found that 1% of white women adopt black children, 5% of white women adopt children of other races, and 2% of women of other races adopt white children (estimates include foreign-born).[1]
The US Census 2000 found that "White (and no other race), not Hispanic children made up the majority of all categories of children of householders under 18: about 58 percent of adopted children, 64 percent of biological children" and "Of the 1.7 million households with adopted children, about 308,000 (18 percent) contained members of different races."[2]

Based on current AFCARS estimates released January 2000, there are approximately 520,000 children currently in foster care in the United States. Of these, 117,000 are eligible for adoption. (US HHS, 2000)

Historically, the number of children in foster care has increased, while the proportion of children in foster care who are free for adoption has remained constant. In 1977, as in 1997, approximately 20% of the children in foster care were available for adoption. Of the children who were free for adoption in 1977, 50% were in adoptive placements. Of the children free for adoption in December, 1982, 34% were in adoptive placements. Thus, by December 1982, 33,000 children were waiting to be placed for adoption. (Maza, 1983)
