I don't agree with much else you've said so far, but this I do have to say I agree with. I wouldn't say that being looked at by a white man is necessarily creepy, but I agree that many BM are very sensual in the way they look at a woman. I don't feel naked (although I might want to GET naked) and stripped when they look at me, but they seem to convey a desire and an appreciation in a way that I don't see in WM. I can't explain it.
