Hate when you not busy all week and all come together in a day or two friend call asked to go there for dinner at her house on Sunday another friend email me will be in Sydney this weekend and if we can met for a coffee .. been over a year will like to get together then got a phone call a lady had a baby during the week and the only time we can go is weekend as it is an hour far.. and have to go it is a goddaughter plus this Saturday have my appointment for my hair and can not go with empty hands either to the hospital so need to make time to go get something .. forgot all about it i could had done it during the week.. seems i will be cancel something .. :-|
Basically...although they did want to end the 20 and done retirement thing I thought that was really shitty... Putting in any time is a chore let alone 20 Let them retire if they want u know sometimes they let u keep what u have if u get grandfathered in tho Changing shit afterwards is slimy

I did arms & chest today. Not sure I'll be able to wash my hair, I think I broke them lol. Have fun with your legs!! PS. it's nice to see a man that doesn't ignore his legs. Big chest/arms/back is nice and all but if there's just sticks on the lower half - it detracts from the whole thing lol
