With A Legally Married Couple, Can A Husband Force Himself Sexually Onto His Wife And Be Charged For Rape? This should be a interesting topic.
Of course he can. Rape has nothing to do w martial status. There is no discussion about that. Period. If you disagree with that simple concept, you need to go to therapy.
Nope. She should obey his every command. If he want some puss, she should be willing. No matter when, where, or how. Her job is to satisfy him. NOT! No means no
The bold part is why I made this thread. Could the charge of rape hold up, if she approaches the police? Could the charge hold up in a court of law? I made this thread cuz I was watching a recent repeat episode of "COPS", and this situation came up. The police were not sure what to do, the officer on the scene called in his Sgt, The Sgt called in the Lt. and the Lt. called in the Capt. The husband was then uncuffed and released, the cops asked him if he could stay at a friends house for the night until the wife "cooled" off. By the way, the couple was white and all the officers were white males. Also, in traditional marriage vows, there is a line that the wife quotes... "To Love, Honor, and Obey".
Martial rape is actually criminalized in most of the world. This case might just not had enough evidence (?).
A lawyer once told me if you are thrusting inside a woman and the woman at a point says stop, the next thrust constitute rape.
Wives get raped all the time. Husbands get convicted for it all the time. That whole you are my property obey crap is a problem. Your rights to my body end when I say you have none.
I will absolutely agree. I remember being in the pre-marriage councelling or whatever they call it now,,,, the priest pretty much said to me in a round about way,,,, once you are married if your husband wants sex then I must be prepared to submitt......... My response,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if I say no then I mean NO... end of story...
The bible teaches that. But not to that extent. It does talk about respect for each other too, which includes respect when told no. They take that submit thing in all the wrong ways. It all peachy if the person is worthy of your submission, but thats not always the case.
Yep this is what my attorney friends has told me as well. Black bull, you're not serious with this question? As everyone said rape is rape bruh, don't matter who it is!
That is why i dont indulge in this rape fantasy crap some women like. I know its a fantasy but somethings i dont touch at all.
No BB, It is not an interesting topic....more like a nauseating thought. A wife is your best friend, your buddy and the gratifying lover there for you....You should never have to knock down her dignity and violate her like that........
