I read a fiction book about a police office and a serial killer. The serial killer was a female and she force fed men an ED drug and tied them up and forced herself on them that way. But yeah, it would be a lot more difficult for a woman to turn the tables on a man in that way, but it is still possible and I agree: rape is rape no matter what gender is doing it.
Yes I once read about a case of marital rape in Germany and the guy did penalized. Also by knowing someone who this happened to and seeing her emotions while telling about the incident I can imagine this to be very traumatizing for anyone going through it.
