PLEA TO PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN Although I deal with death on the daily with my line of work, last night was especially hard. For the last two weeks I have watched a three year old little boy fight tooth and nail for his life. After going into cardiac arrest six times throughout my shift his precious little body could not take it anymore and he went to be with the Lord. His death was so senseless, and 100% preventable. So for all you parents out there with small children PLEASE LOCK UP YOUR CLEANING SUPPLIES. Putting them in a cabinet up high is not enough. Children can climb. They need to be behind lock and key. His parents probably never thought this would happen to them, but it did. Now please take steps and don't let it happen to you.
This is so tragic. When my son was little, we put childproof catches on the cabinets to prevent just such an occurrence. So sorry for the family.

There are people whom I know who are religious, yet still celebrate Halloween and disregard the notion that it's an "evil holiday" as being silly. You're creating a mess that doesn't exist and you need to stop while you're ahead.
