Someone repped him/her/it after getting restricted because it's dot was red (as it is now) but for a short while afterwards it turned green. It's been awhile but the last time that happened was when someone or multiple someones gave positive rep to the offending individual (one person willingly and a few because of a bullshit sob story) to counter the negative rep/restriction they received in hopes of getting off restricted status sooner in order to continue trolling. Don't know if the rep still works like that or not...:smt102
