Now that's what's up. Downtown Naples is beautiful. Some great restaurants there. And if you stop in Ft. Myers, grab a glass of red downtown at Spirits of Bacchus. A great little spot just a couple of blocks from the water.

Wow! I didn't know you were in the area then as well.

 

I have been in Ft. Myers for 3 weeks.
I didn't tell no one before I was going though.

 

Loving that beach, huh? I'll be there Saturday to get my son and then we start the tournament season until school starts.

This is how I feel after the judge dismissed my ticket today.


I thought I was screwed because the cops that gave me the ticket showed up and a witness. I was just sitting there planning my case so that I could discredit the cops who were not there at the accident and the witness who probably didn't see it when the judge calls my name and gives me a dismiss notice.

 

having tickets dismissed is always a beautiful thing!

Did the cop turn up or no? Not sure if you meant to say it and omitted it. What reason did the judge say?
