A population sure, but doubtfully a sizeable one. I've been here my entire life and have never heard anyone (without irony) refer to themselves as creole. My mother lived in View Park in her twenties and I'm somewhat familiar with the area and don't know of any so-called "Creole neighborhoods."

Los Angeles has the 2nd largest population of Creoles in the United States, second only to the state of Louisiana.

What part of LA are you from?
