I'm really looking forward to season 4, because I don't know any spoilers past this point. So I'm going to finally be able to experience everything with fresh eyes.

There may be a prequel movie but it will be set about 90 years before Game of Thrones, and be based on the Tale of Dunk and Egg series. GRRM has stated he has already begun working on the idea but its still in the early stages of development.

The Hedge Knight short stories (aka Tales of Dunk & Egg) are about the only GoT related stories that could be done as movies since pretty much all of the other history that's been hinted at is as intricate as the current story that's playing out. If/when the Game of Thrones HBO series is done & they are interested in doing more, "Robert's Rebellion" and all the things that led to the Targaryen's being over thrown would be a good way to go as a follow up series.

LOL Another thing I was thinking is how I'd always thought Nellie looked like a boy. Joffrey actually looks more girlie than she does.

Just that lill house of the prairie girl was cloned. But I may have missed your joke?

That was basically my joke. I just made it GoT related.
