Do you see the bar near the top of the screen that starts with "User CP" "Arcade" "FAQ"?

Follow that until you get to "Site Navigation". Click on the down button next to that, click on "Chat" and that brings you into the chatroom.

It's not that complicated. Just spend a little time getting to know the site. You figured out how to post, so it can't be all that bad.

Yes. (and 5 Seconds of Summer.) Does your daughter like them?

Don't quite understand the 'banana' thing with 1D, but I didn't explore the young women's motives further, lol. Btw, can you believe some fans throw their expensive cell phones on the stage? I was told it was so 1D might pick them up and take a 'selfie'.

    Oh wow, really!?

That's crazy! My daughter loves pop music and I'm familiar with 1D. Hope you had a good time, Bliss!

Thinking about doing a tour of the most ass-ignorant parts of this country (e.g. Alabama, West Virginia) just to see what's going on in America. Maybe wear an Obama shirt for kicks.

I only knew of one song of theirs, but I did have a good time when the moments allowed. :) Thanks Cherokee.

Took our kiddos to Sea World last weekend and it was pretty cool to see the prince/princess pairing at the dolphin show was an IR couple. I love seeing this stuff in prime time because 1. It's representative of our family structure and 2. I think it subtly sends the message to impressionable kids that love has nothing to do with the color of ones skin. Pretty sweet for our kids to see

We were about a mile and a half from the stage so the pic isn't great but you get the idea!

The more I think about a very short interaction I had today with the Director of Distribution.

Admittedly, I very rarely wear my steel-toed shoes on our Production Floor, because I'm not an engineer or Production worker, so I'm rarely on the floor and when I am, I'm nowhere near any lines and am out there no longer than 5 minutes. Any inspections I help with, etc I wear my shoes.

So, today, I'm on the floor for less than 5 minutes doing a First Lot Inspection on something. I'm not wearing my steel-toed shoes or safety glasses (though I am wearing my prescription glasses). As I'm walking away back to my desk, the Director of Distribution comes onto the Production Floor and sees me.

Now, this guy is one who is ALWAYS joking. He plays practical jokes, he's always telling funny stories, etc. He also likes to give you information in the form of a joking manner.

So he sees me and tells me that I need to wear my safety shoes and goggles if I'm out on the floor. I tell him that I was on the floor for a few minutes and now I'm leaving.

He said, "if I catch you without your safety goggles and shoes, I'll write you up". He says this in a very friendly haha type of way. But then he adds, as he's smiling in his friendly way, and laughing, "and I'll take great pleasure in it".

    I replied, "as will I".

Not so veiled threat, if you ask me.

I need to get the f*ck out of that place.
