Clarence Thomas was a horny pervert. Either you believe Anita Hill was making everything up, or you believe that Justice Thomas tried to step to her and she shot him down because this freak thought comments like, 'is that a pubic hair on my Coke?' or talking about Long Dong Silver were funny convos in the workplace.

There were other women prepared to come forward and testify against Clarence Thomas in his confirmation hearings, but they were never called.

Remember, Anita Hill took a polygraph test about her testimony and passed. Clarence Thomas refused to do so.

Clarence Thomas is the lamest and least qualified SCJ in recent memory.

Don't hold up that dude as being aspirational of anything.

Let's not turn the issue of fidelity into a political debate.

Men and women cheat, it has nothing to do with your political affiliation.

It has nothing to do with him being a republican...and everything to do with the fact that he thought he could get away with harassment...in a way he did...he is still a sitting judge...if you remember correctly it was a federal hearing televised...he was forced to answer in the court of public opinion...

If archman doesn't even remember the case?? I'm sure you can't even imagine how hard it would have been for Hill to prove her case years ago...today different story

The bigger issue is being blamed and penalized for mediocrity when I have seen a shit ton of mediocre ass people living off the work of people who came before them. Most poor minorities don't have that luxury coupled with awful education systems from the time these kids are little along with being more likely to be suspended or expelled for the same behavior their non poor counterparts get a pass for.
The problem is so complex and it is easy to say hey just get your shit together and act right. But not every human is born with that inclination, its not natural to all not to mention not all home circumstances are equal. I grew up around so many kids who got to go to better colleges than I did and not because they were smarter but their parents could afford multiple tutors and expensive SAT prep classes. We weren't playing on the same field at all.

Good post except the part about minorities.

Black people are the only ones in America treated like minorities.
