The scale is my arch enemy!!! Every time I think I'm doing good I get on the scale and I am so disappointed... I have learned that it's more about the way my clothes fit and seeing the change there rather than looking at the numbers on the scale and what I think they should be.
The only two things that should matter is: 1. Are you in good shape? 2. Do you like how you look? If a person can answer yes to those two questions then neither a scale or another person's opinion should matter. Leave that scale alone. Rebuke it. It's the devil. ...lol
Thanks! I do like the way my clothes fit but I want to buy smaller clothes I am in better shape than I used to be but not where I want to be, if that makes sense. The scale is the devil, but it's a really bad habit and hard to break. Lol Thank you!
It's taken me forever to disregard the scales and to go by how my body looks, feels and how my clothes fit. I'm seriously the fittest I've ever been and have many goals that I've achieved and am still achieve. Self love, self acceptance and looking after myself has become my priority. From what I've seen of you, you look absolutely gorgeous and honestly, you should do the same thing...it's very freeing :freehug:
