So. Given the many idiotic comments on this piece really brings home the point of my attachment I posted on my fb timeline a while ago that perfectly address the obviously white responses. How the fuck can we start a productive discussion about this when so many white folks are in complete denial and can't understand the difference between 'racism' and 'institutional racism' I.e., white privilege. Most white folks just don't have the right parameters to work with

It just fucking depresses me that so many people miss the fucking point. And , as the article I referenced here say white people go into a melt down. Comments to this girl clearly showcase that very point.
