Plus he's a proven flight risk because he was apprehended in another state. That by itself pretty much guarantees he won't get any kind of bond. As a practical matter, nope. I could be wrong of course but given the circumstances, no chance in hell.

That and abusive/traumatic childhood usually are. I heard something where one on tv said - ok so anyone who murders someone is mentally ill to be able to do that, but so what? Some have tossed around terrorism. I'm wondering what would be the difference if terrorism was involved in the charges? Also if SC has different charges for hate crimes?
