Rachel Dolezal NAACP controversy

Point being it is really easy to avoid any drama or possible conflict just as it is to get into it because either way it all falls on the individual on how you choose to conduct yourself and who you choose to interact with. No one forces anyone to interact with them and if they attempt to : RED FLAG

You are spot on on this. I really think the dislike that some people have for others on this board motivates them to fight. Don't get me wrong I've been in a couple but over my 10 years of being in here You get old and tired of doing this crap. At the end of the day, your fight doesn't amount for much. You probably won't change the other person's mind through your anger. It is a bit sad that you have people striking at others off of this website but I knew that was a possibility of happening 10 years ago let alone today.

Ok...its not like im disagreeing with u...the conflict thing i agree.

what im talking about is a specific person and in people hacking systems and seeking u out.Thats what we talked about before. Im not going to drag the other persons name into it. Thats why i said youvmay need to go back a few pages.

its the whole thing...we talked about that earlier. People hacking.

U getting upset of whatever

Dude, I'm not upset. All I'm doing is pointing out basic common sense things (from my POV at least) on how to feel out other posters and not only avoid needless conflict and drama but possible suspect individuals altogether.

Anytime I decide to participate on a site, be it one I may have just joined or been active for a while like this one, I always check the vibe and people online. If the over all vibe and posters are cool for the most part then I participate. If the vibe is overall negative and posters are about throwing shade and constant drama, I'm out.

Exactly the same thing that you did with the individual you personally got a bad/creepy vibe from and therefore didn't want to engage with them offline. That all I'm saying. Everyone should approach online activities like that ALL THE TIME.

Oh i feel ya....my bad on the misunderstanding

I especially agree on checking out the forum and seeing if it is it constantly fighting.

Camille Gear Rich on the left gives a really interesting take on the issue.

oh and Brooke Baldwin is hot as ever...

How is it that you have time to shoot the shit about your new job, but you don't have time to address a situation that at least 3 of us emailed you about?? Nor have you contacted any of us. One of the members admitted publicly to harassing another member outside of this forum (as well as here) and you do nothing?? You allow him to continue to be a member in good standing despite his foul behavior. That's irresponsible and cowardly.

Some of this was dealt with behind the scenes. Some of it will take bit longer. Shooting the shit about a new job takes less time than reading through 72 pages of verbiage.

You could've emailed any one of us who emailed you and we'd have been happy to point out the troubling posts and save you the trouble of reading 72 pages of verbiage. But thanks for letting us know it's being dealt with.

I did so. But troubling posts aren't all I'm looking for. It's also to get a sense of where the problems are originating.

At the time I wrote my post, none of us had gotten a response from you. At least that's what was indicated to me.

You emailed me on 06/16/2015 10:34. I responded to your email on 06/16/2015 13:24-- "Thanks. I am checking out the problem threads."

I spoke to others by email between 06/14 and 07/12.

The first report on this thread came in on 06/12.

I wasn't looking for a synopsis because most people are biased. I was asking for specific information.

I never received your email. I would have responded. And I wasn't going to give you a synopsis. There was one post that was pretty damning, as the individual admitted involvement/guilt in what some of us consider to be a very serious offense and is a clear violation of your guidelines for this forum.
