I made this post in another similar thread, but I'm currently watching through "Hart of Dixie" (I just watch the first 2 episodes of season 3 last night) & you can add Cress Williams in "Hart of Dixie" to this list.
Cress Williams' character Lavon Hays is involved in triangle with Jamie King/Lemon & her best friend Kaitlyn Black/AnnaBeth.
@darkcurry If you like or grew up on the Old WB Network shows like "Gilmore Girls", "Everwood", or "Felicity"; I recommend this show. Same producers/writers as "The O.C"., "Gossip Girl", & "Chuck".
I'd post pics/gifs from Tumblr, but it's impossible to look them up without seeing spoilers.
Lol, I don't really like following those type of shows. I could only get into them if the writing is really good. But I have seen Chuck and and Felicity. Im going to be honest I only watched Felicity because a girl at work I was into liked that show and I wanted to talk to her about it since there were no other guys into that show at work. Lol, it seemed like a good play it did work, but looking back on that It was corny. lol.
Anyway is Hart Of Dixie any good? What's it about?
One thing I'll give Hart of Dixie is that the brother in that show bucks almost all of the black male stereotypes. He's the object of affection (not just lust) of several of the women. He is masculine without being a thuggish caricature. He's also an ex-pro athlete who managed to not go broke the minute he stopped playing.
If you can get past the racial utopia the show exists in you all might like it.
Have you ever watched "Gilmore Girls"? That's the show "Hart of Dixie" reminds me of the most. A dramedy about a small town & it's people. Here's a synopsis of Season 1 from Wikipedia:
Fast-talking New Yorker and brand new physician Zoe Hart has it all figured out—after graduating top of her class from medical school, she'll follow in her father's footsteps and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon. But when her dreams fall apart, Zoe decides to accept an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work with him at his small practice in Bluebell, Alabama. Zoe arrives in this small Gulf Coast town only to find that Harley has died and left his half of the medical practice to her in his will.
She quickly finds that Southern hospitality isn't always so hospitable—the other physician in town, Brick Breeland, is less than pleased to be sharing the practice with this young outsider, and his daughter, Lemon, is a Southern belle whose sweet disposition turns sour when she meets Zoe. Zoe's only allies are the mayor, former football star Lavon Hayes, her bad-boy neighbor Wade Kinsella, and handsome lawyer George Tucker – who just happens to be Lemon's fiancé. Zoe is out of her element and ready to pack her bags, but a surprise visit by her snobby New York mother leads to Zoe's decision to stay in Bluebell for a while; she soon discovers the charm of small-town life and a side of herself she didn't know was there.
It's a good enjoyable fun show. I feel the show is slept on because it aired in the 2010's, overshadowed by peak TV. If this show had aired in the 2000's on the old WB network or even the early CW years, it would've got more notoriety (I feel the same way about "iZombie").
I found some pics & gifs:
Cress Williams' character Lavon & Lemon (Which is supposed to be endgame based on promo pics I've seen of the last season):

He also dates the sista that played Mya on the sitcom "Girlfriends".
TDK might be onto something about the showrunner being a WW & the target audience being women that we don't have to deal with the negative dumb stereotypes & cliches.![]()
And yes, the lack of racism is laughable & almost distracting. This show takes place in some small conservative Alabama town & Lavon is able to date/flirt/be friendly/be involved in an affair with WW without having to deal with BS from WM or the BW in the town. And the WW attracted/into Lavon don't have to deal with the b.s. either. I bet BW hate this show.![]()
Who else is?
Just saying it totally fits the stereotype of another black guy only being good enough to be with once the white woman has had white kids by a white guy
I meant to post about this show last week, but I guess I was waiting for the trailer to drop this week during Network Upfronts:

From Tony Award Winner, Daveed Diggs, comes a fresh new a comedy on ABC about a rapper-turned-mayor (Brandon Michael Hall) ready to clean up his town. The Mayor stars Lea Michele, Yvette Nicole Brown.
Young rapper Courtney Rose (Brandon Micheal Hall) needs his big break. For years he’s toiled away in a small inner-city apartment, making music in his junk-filled bedroom closet. Tired of waiting for opportunity, Courtney cooks up the publicity stunt of the century – running for mayor of his hometown in California to generate buzz for his music career. Unfortunately for Courtney, his master plan goes wildly awry, ending in the most terrifying of outcomes: an election victory. With the help of his mother (Yvette Nicole Brown, “Community”) and friends, including Valentina (“Glee’s” Lea Michele), Courtney will have to overcome his hubris if he wants to transform the struggling city he loves.
The series stars Brandon Micheal Hall as Courtney Rose, Lea Michele as Valentina, Bernard David Jones as Jermaine Hardaway, Marcel Spears as TK and Yvette Nicole Brown as Dina.
From executive producer Daveed Diggs (Tony winner for Broadway’s “Hamilton”), writer/executive producer Jeremy Bronson (“Speechless,” “The Mindy Project,” “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”) and executive producer Jamie Tarses (“Happy Endings”), the series is from ABC Studios. The pilot is directed by executive producer James Griffiths (“black-ish”).
Looks like potential IR in this show.

Anybody watching that "Midnight Texas" show on NBC? Is that worth watching?
I just watched the episode where Lavon meets Annabeth's parents:
At this point the "Hart of Dixie" writers are just trolling the audience about the lack of racial politics. They really had me fooled for a few seconds thinking that Lavon was being disapproved of because he was black.

They announced "Wynonna Earp" has been renewed for a 3rd season at SDCC today: https://www.bleedingcool.com/2017/07/22/wynonna-earp-season-3-official/
Check out the Wynonna Earp Season 2 trailer that was screened at San Diego Comic-Con 2017!
Do you have any intel about them fucking for real and not acting?I just stumbled upon a movie on which dropped a couple years (2015) and I haven't heard anyone mention it which is weird because there are several worse tv sightings on this thread where the IR barely develops into anything of practical significance ~ "Adulterers" is set in the Deep South and claims to be based on a true story. It stars Mechad Brooks of "Supergirl", "True Blood", and "Desperate Housewives"fame.
The IR sex scenes are rather dark & disturbingly desirable . . . a beautiful, blonde actress who played a cheerleader in "Bring It On - In it to win it" and "Heroes" (not Hayden Klitchko) has her white, creamy, fat cheeks rippled in racial reparations by Mechad who has been committing adultery for over a month with Danielle when her husband comes home midday to make surprise arrangements on their anniversary. There are some customary racial epitaphs used as you can imagine and the husband has a NRA membership as many white Republicans do in the Deep South lol. It is on Netf
It is pretty good but the movie itself was even better so check it out too. I haven't acquired Spike so I have to watch it on Kodi whenever they post new episodes over in Chinese Hackastan lol.I watched the episode latest episode (season 2, Episode 8) of "Wynonna Earp" overnight...
It looks like it's safe to say TDK & especially @darkcurry can stop panicking.![]()
I guess, I'll check "The Mist" out.
I don't buy into those rumors that occasionally arise about hot sex scenes . . . no not ever. Some fans like my cousin Loni seemed to believe that Halle Berry was really getting her back broke by Angelina Jolie's husband in "Monster's Ball" lolDo you have any intel about them fucking for real and not acting?

SPOILERS!!!!
It is on Netflix so check it out if you're into anything dark & disturbing starring Mechad Brooks . . . she slurped the slavery out of his big, black beast whilst her enraged husband has them at gunpoint and turns their adulterous affair into an inquisition about when, where, and how their affair originated and moreover why they're hurting a good husband and father like him . . . then things get even darker and even more disturbing when Mechad makes a revelation concerning his own failings as a husband and expectant first-time father!!
