Was not expecting this show to have more than one season kudos.

You do realize that "Luke Cage" is cancelled & fans are excepting that "Jessica Jones" won't last past it's next season, right?

On Dynasty, Fallon & Culhane are still engaged. But Fallon is falling for the rich white dude that she had pretend to be involved with. So you currently got a Triangle there.

As far those other shows you listed:

"90210"; Dixon ended up together with every girl that they built-up a relationship with him. None of them ended up being end game, but you can't say nothing happened between them.

"Parenthood"; Michael B. Jordan is only a recurring character for 2 seasons for a total of 16 episodes. I don't what you expected when he wasn't even part of the regular cast. Not to mention that MBJ's character is an older character in his 20's, while the chick is a underage teen in High School. I never thought that relationship would last long-term.

I've only ever seen the series premiere of "Weeds", so I can't speak on it.
You got me. It's like I said in my post, those were off the top of my head. But I do think the ship sailed on Luke and Jessica before their final seasons.

The fall finale of The Good Place aired tonight and they gave us a pretty good cliffhanger going into the second half of the season and without giving too much away I''ll just post this pic to intrigue those who haven't seen it yet. :)

(sidenote: I always found the up on your tippy toes kiss funny in a cute way.)

Fun episode and surprisingly good direction with the VFX, also the actress who plays Janet did a really good job.

I watched Legacies earlier right after Midnight, Texas.

On Midnight, Texas we see Lem get his powers that make him a vampire back. Olivia didn't care either way. We almost got a little loving between them before getting interrupted. Kai obviously lied to them about not being able to get there powers back. Creek came back, but her time was short-lived literally... unfortunately someone killed her. Manfred found out the hard way by seeing her ghost. Damn.
Lem & Olivia are becoming an awesome, sexy kick ass couple. I love how each episode they add a good amount growth and strength to their relationship. If they include more sex/love scenes they could become the hottest, sexiest couple on TV right now.

On Legacies
It looks like the love triangle is over and new and unexpected love might be on the horizon with Rafael and Hope. It was unexpected but they were warming up to each other at the end when he asked her to dance with him. He totally hurt Lizzy's feelings by turning her down, but it was the truth. MG is so into her anyway and he was hurt when she started dancing with Raphael at her sweet 16 birthday party. And Josie rekindled her relationship with Penelope. But Rafael and Hope I don't think it's going to work if they go down that path.
So it looks like @Young Herschel kind of predicted it if they do go there.

I'm going to have to call it as rather premature and rushed for Hope & Raphael. He should NOT have ruined Lizzie's 16th birthday like that . . . why cut in just to shiit on her OBVIOUS birthday wish?? Call it a obligatory follow-up fuck and wait to let her down softly next week I say. It would have been reasonable right?

He was in a tough position. But he's young so maybe he will learn. Plus Lizzie needs to know that her sister was falling for him too.

If you ever seen The vampire diaries or The Originals it's kind of a spin off of those shows. A secret school where young vampires, witches and werewolves go to be protected from the outside world. Think of X-Men meet The Originals.
Never saw them either. However l saw X-Men.

I watched Legacies episode 1 this morning and I like it so far. Easily one of the best CW shows I have seen. I liked the Langdon twist towards the end.
"Legacies" is off to a better start than the 1st season of "The Vampire Diaries" ( Which is 1 of the best 1st seasons of a CW show). I think it took me the mid-season finale to finally get hooked to TVD.

For the longest I’ve been thinking this show is just a blatant copy of the X-Men but just with a teen drama focus lmao
The showrunner of "Legacies", Julie Plec, has always compared the show to "Harry Potter" on past interviews.

I've been watching Pine Gap on Netflix this weekend. It's a spy/intelligence series set in Australia. TI heard that there was IR in this, but I didn't realize that two of the main characters are brothers in IRs.

I will be able to now check this out being as though some of these other shows are on hiatus til next year like The Good Place.

I actually really like this show, but have you guys noticed the explosion of black men/white women couples, especially in TV in 2018?...if I've left out any please fill them in..
Legacies
All American(Taye Diggs wife, biracial son's white gf)
A Good Place
Midnight Texas(basically the same as Legacies but wilder)
The Haunting of Hill House
Pine Gap
Sacred Lies
God Friended Me
New Amsterdam (that 1 scene pissed me off though)
One Dollar
Cloak & Dagger (eventually)
The Innocents
Fortitude
Candy Jar
Doomsday
Bulletproof
Stranger Things

I noticed this explosion a year or 2 ago when it got to point where I could just ignore some shows mentioned in this thread because there's too many options. Anyways, it's definitely an agenda, but it's an agenda I can live with.

And I don't think it's an agenda I just believe it is minds in that part of the entertainment industry FINALLY seeing that World been ready and that it is the racism in the INDUSTRY that act like these stories are not accepted. We have had movies featuring IR love stories between the main characters be successful at the box office. When Idris Elba was named Sexiest Man Alive The Mountain Between Us started trending as well. lol. You are going to get some pushback especially from black women, but because we also see IR with black women it makes their argument look like entitled hypocritical bullshit. And notice that a lot of the filmmakers and showrunners pushing for diversity are coming from the minds of women and non white men. And white men with a history of having diversity in their movies and TV shows.

Don Cheadle said it; The more diversity we get behind the camera that's when you'll see things change. Folks within the industry are waking up and those that believe in diversity are getting a opportunity to create it.

I saw @Young Herschel's theory on why we're seeing so much IR in TV/Film on another forum & could not stop laughing. It was ridiculous.

Yep , one is dating a white girl, and the other is married to a white women and they have a biracial son together.
