Most don't, some do hate Blacks to push themselves up in the social ladder. Like White trailer trash hating black/brown people to make themselves "better".

And a lot of Blacks hate brown immigrants for the same reason.

I have thought it in my head.

It has nothing to do with making myself "better".

The Lingua Franca in the US is English.

Adapt to your surroundings. You don't have to change as a person, just learn to communicate effectively. If you choose not to, so be it.

i work with students ALL day of ALL different nationalities. i have no problem with non-natives, but at least try to communicate properly. i do my best to be patient, but on more than one occasion i've had our international students get an attitude with me b/c i can't understand them! that crap pisses me off.
