    Very true. Hope does spring eternal, and I hope I get to see them win a World Series in my lifetime. It's not looking good though!

    Boo on the Sox!! If the Cubbies don't go farther and they were the better team this year, I don't want to see the Sox go farther. :lol:

    WHY is it that every thread I open tonight seems to be threadjacked into the Cubbies LOSING?!?!?!?! :smt091

    How's that go? There's always next year? I should know, my Grandpa told me that phrase since I was knee high.......He passed away in 2003 right after they lost. Like the DAY after.

    If I understood her right she was just summing upthe common stereotypes but then saying it's not all like that.

    As far as the original question goes: Some people who date IR hate their own race,some don't.
    There is no lie detector test in the sign-in sheet for this site to ask everyone who is about to sign up here whether they do or not.
