It stems from a song by Sir Mixalot. "I like big butts and I can not lie",I'm sure u recognize the lyrics. At the beginning there's 1 white girl talking to another and she says "Omg Becky look at her butt",that's where using Becky to refer to a white girl comes from.

It wasn't meant to be disrespectful. As for white women and oral sex,referring to it as Becky stems the notion that white girls give great head and since they refer to white girls as Becky,they put the 2 together.

I think what she meant was ladies he does have nice arms. She's prolly heard women speak about his arms before.
