Its a fantasic song that was part of a brilliant soundtrack from that angel film starring Nick Cage and Meg Ryan. I have the song on my Ipod. She was more than a one hit wonder.

Paula was shacking with some Nigerian brotha from what I remember but she's a little too bohemian for me...'ol girl doesn't shave her armpits!!!!

Yeah, it was a relationship that was routinely covered when she did interviews. The dude had a shaved head and was always seen at her side. Thought they were going to get married but they ended up breaking up. Paula was kinda cute but of the Lillith Fair gals who I would want to take the bed she would come no better than fourth after Jewel, Fiona Apple and Sarah McLachlan (she was maybe at least a decade older than me around that time but still pretty to an extent).

I would put Joan Osbourne ahead all of them even though I got sick of the female -singer-songwriter -Lilith Fair-movement.

I thought that Natalie Imbrulia was tight as well...I think Lenny Kravitz tapped that.

Ugh no way. But Fiona Apple was sexy as hell circa "Criminal." And before you chubby-chasers start talking shit about how she was "too skinny" save your breath.

Natalie came well after the Lilith Fair days. Really cute though. Lenny also tapped Vanessa Paradis back in the day.

uh-uh, Joan was curvey as hell..that was the first thing I noticed about her...she was the thickest white chick on MTV at the time.

Fiona looked like a damn sociopath..damn bug eyes were too fucking big.

Can you imagine turning over in the morning and seeing that shit or if the heffa's giving you head and looking up at 'ya.

those Lilith Fair chicks started to sound the same to me....I think they were a reaction against the grunge thing from what I remember...and don't even mention Alanis...never liked her voice.
