Feeling Guilty About Attraction to White Women?

Although I have seen a few ugly generalizations made, it is true that most of the comments made aren't on the level of what I'd consider bashing someone. I don't see anything wrong with passionately speaking out on the prejudice & hypocrisy we've all had to deal with without feeling like we have to be politically correct while doing so. This forum should be a place where we have each other's backs & we should be able to freely share our experiences with opposition we've faced...like Max said, "let's keep it real"
with each other without attacking one another. We should reserve our energy for standing up to those who oppose us like the crazy-ass trolls that invade our territory. The BM/WW couple has it harder than any other combo out there...we're all in this together imo, & we need to act accordingly.

Just pointing out that non-BW(that includes WW) have to look around before they praise a BM.

I don't feel the need to "look around" before praising a black man, but I have definitely experienced hostility at times for doing so. My own family has reacted to that very thing like I've spoken blasphemy.

No prob.

The argument im trying to make is... just because one points out an observation they've experienced....the fact that its a negative observation doesnt mean they have an overall negative opinion on that group of people. But I can damn well see how that could be assumed because people make ignorant generalization every day. Sometimes on this forum :)

Some of my aunts have the same opinion I do on this subject and the last thing I feel is 'they dont like black women'.

Exactly.

This right here needs to be quoted and copied @ pasted into pretty much every argument that's ever been had on the forum.
