- Appetizer: Salad with Parma-ham;
- 1° dish: Green spatzler with Radicchio tardivo and Speck;
- 2° dish: Meat roll with spicy potatoes;
- Dessert: Chocolate ravioli / colomba.

Chocolate ravioli? I've never heard of that before. Must go look it up.

i didn't make them in the end. we were too full. and it's some new stuff from a pasta-tortellini-ravioli brand here in Italy. they have chocolate in the pasta and they have chocolate as a filling.
