Missing Tucker

To be honest, i do not hate Tucker as much as you guys do. In fact, i do not hate him at all. When i first became a member on this board, i used to talk to him a lot and we were really cool. I noticed that he and SardonicGenie used to argue about many things but i decided not to join in since i was cool with both of them. But i later realised that so many things SardonicGenie said about him were in effect, true.

Now i do not mean to knock the guy but sometimes, he sounds worse than a white supremacist and it shocks me. If a Klansman said the same things he said, it would not even bother me because i know from day one, that's his slanted view of blacks. But for a black man to use phrases like "Jungle Bunny" to refer to a fellow black man, that sounds like some self-hating bullshit.

The guy has some major issues with keeping up with lies also. One time, he said he spends his vacations in the Hamptons with the Trumps :lol:. Another time he said he goes to Martha's Vineyard. The next time he said he goes to Barbados and Latin America and i was like, "Dude, if you're gonna be a liar, be a good one, okay"?

I do not hate him for his opinions and views, no matter how much i may disagree, but the fact that he tries to make them seem right at the expense of everyone else can be very frustrating.

To be honest, i do not miss him at all but if he comes back, i'd welcome him with open arms.

 

I do NOT hate tuckerreed. In fact, I started to get along with him for a while after him and I DID argue (yes, I admit, him and I had beef from the beginning, but I wasn't the only one arguing with him afterwards either), but then, I thought to myself that he probably doesn't know any better, judging by the way he would word his posts most of the time, so I started to be tolerant of him and his views, despite the COUNTLESS TIMES I and others disagreed with him again, again, again, and again...

...and yes, most of what I said about him was true, very true, in fact, most of it was so damn true until he actually left the boards because of it, and if I'm to blame for his absence, then I'll just own up to it, and NOT care, because the comments he made in your Larry Elder thread, Cris, were just way over the line for me and other men in here.

OK, NOW I am done with this thread... unless someone replies to me.

 

I don't hate dude at all, I just hate the way he thinks. Cris this is the same man that said he could never be friends with a blue collar hard working black man but yet claimed to have been a social worker. Hate him no.

Oh boy, SardonicGenie, you often make my day. :smt080 :smt071 I agree fully with you. He just seemed to have problems with pretty much eevryone who is not tuckerreed. Some of the things he says just leave me gobsmacked, unable to say a word. He once said that his ancestors have been upper class since 1800s and what not. Later, he said his family are Mende and they came from West Africa or something. Then, in a thread defending his IR choices, he said his family has always been mixed and there have been blacks and whites. Now, you do not have to be a CIA agent to figure out that there are some inaccuracies and inconsistencies in his statements but i do not even bother to debate that with him. After all, if he's lying, he's deceiving himself.

Cris and sardonic I agree with everthing you said, I started to notice that also. That guy should have become a writer he could spin a yarn like Mark Twain.

 

Sardonic I don't think anyone is "blaming" you for him being gone. Many people argue on this board

While I find it quite interesting to see how some flags are turning with the wind (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), I think it will be best to let this thread die. You know the saying: "When you talk about the devil ..." :lol:

 

Tucker may or may not be on this board but I hope he doesn't have a managed position where he has the power to yay or nay a person's employment especially if he or she is black. I can image influencing that person future. A black man who is "self-hating" usually surrounds himself with alot of white people to hide the fact that he is black from . . . himself.

I never could figure out Tucker. Name it hes been there, done it, met him or her, and he seemed to have every hobby under the sun. But like most of you here, I don't hate him (I hate no one), I just think most of his claims are made up, and thats quite sad.
