When you're locked away with a bunch of skinheads and latino bangers, you want some Nation of Islam/Muslims in general watching your six. They do stick together, i'll give them that. I could imagine this post-9/11 mess making those bonds even stronger. I just hope they try to better everyone within their muslim groups, instead of promoting the hatred and fighting and killing that other groups (ie them damn skinheads) do.

seriously man, we have a problem with supremacists..

I think their number is significantly reduced from earlier eras, but they're still found in prisons and they will still fuck you up just off of GP.

I think they would align themselves with Christianity before Islam tho.

    ;)

There is a specific term inside, I just cant think of it, but it is loosely "the hand of Allah". If you do something to one Muslim, you do it to all. I do not agree with the fanaticism, I am a part of a Sufi Womens ministry group who tries to counter some of the extremism that gets taught inside.

The leader of the Black P stones, conspired to blow up the sears towers in Chicago to impress Qaddafi of Libya. We are certain to have more characters like this if more and more blacks convert.

Imagine the label "terroist' being added to the abundance of Black stereotypes.

What do black muslims living in America think about the liberation of women? Muslims who are black who come from Islamic based cultures, do they feel that women are as equal to themselves?

Pretty amazing how this thread got to three pages without anyone asking for a link to corroborate its central claim. It may be true or may not, but that cannot be drawn from any portion of the thread.
