I dont recall if it was called Jaguars, but if it's the one opposite the Septa last stop for the XH and H, then I've been to it with my ex-husband in the mid 90's. Not a good place. Didn't know they shut down the Mall's movie theater.

But yeah, Philly is fun IMO when you stick to the trendy spots/neighborhoods.

 

We're catching up to the Aussie count on this board.

Unfortunately, I can't help you there. Although I get to visit the States periodically (about once every 3 or 4 months), I've avoided Philly for a number of years until this past December. There may be other members of the group residing near you and if you're patient, something will appear on your radar. Chances are, your best networking and hook-ups will come from the job.
