9) any sale to another individual without following these procedures will be held liable for any crime associated with the weapon in question and could face charges equal to the crime committed in which the weapon in question was used.

10) all guns and rounds to have a bar code and entered into a national database. each round will match to the gun registered so it can be traced to the owner.

11) federal tax at a 200% rate on all rounds and guns.


israel allows only 50 rounds to civilians for life. military people the same in private life....per cnn

Now, we can discuss this in a civil manner (something TDK can not do because it take adults) .

Those "suggestions" I put up.....will not infringe on any rights that apply to the 2nd amendment. no one is taking your guns ubnlike what TDK and the GOP talk show hosts, tea bagger, NRA and the white supremists suggest.

those are ideas that just an attempt to keep criminals and people with violent records and domestic violent records and mental records, drug and alcohol arrest from getting guns in the beginning (like zimmerman, keep people from being efficient in killing people like LOUGHNER and the movie theater killer and the school killers.

all you people say is more guns and 2nd amendments.

Actually it's not so much my connection speed that bothers me (though it could be better) it's the horrendous touch screen on this phone. It just does whatever it wants.
Trying to scroll through text is the worst. And I've never pocket dialed so many people in my life till I got this piece of shit phone. Even locking the screen doesn't prevent it 100%.

This is my first touch screen and probably my last. Next phone will have a real key pad with buttons.

And a decent battery.


Anyway, back to the topic of this piece of shit newspaper printing legal gun owners (aka The New Boogeyman) names and addresses. :shock:
