Is a waste of money of the children of Presidents have fun? Like the Bush twins and Reagan children/grandchildren they use my tax payer's money on their needs. Loki, the conservatives think it is cheap to have these White House tours but,it is not cheap. Take for example Fox's The Five aka The Jive on one of the members of the group wanting to fork over cash for the tours. What that guy did not mention the amount of security needed to protect those tourist.

Yes it is a waste of money in a sequester period. What message does it send to American school kids whos WH trips were canceled but they don't cancel the girls spring break trip? Enough with the double standard.

Sorry but the security of the POTUS' family is more important than giving kids tours of the WH.

BTW, the WH is Obama's primary residence. It's not mandated that he give tours of his home. It's a courtesy granted by the Oval Office.

And where I'm from a woman asking you to kiss her ass is considered flirting.:butthead:......:smt077

It blows my mind when people equate the security of this President's family being on par with giving kids tours of the WH.

    Kiss it anyway ^^

So yesterday another member of Seal Team Six that took out Osama..has been killed. Skydiving accident. A second team 6 member was also injured.

This after another Seal Team Six service member was killed in a raid to free a hostage in Afghanistan this past December.

If that's not bad enough, just 13 days later a Navy SEAL Team Four Commander in Afghanistan was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head. 'Suicide', a U.S. military official said...

All this though comes after 22 members from SEAL Team Six were shot down in 2011 in their military helicopter by Afghani Insurgents.

    Well now.

My prayers go out to these brave warriors and their families. I wish we had such dedication in our civilian government which is runned by crooks who say do as I say and not as I do. We have an Imperial Government that is corrupted and is leading this nation to decline. I hope these brave men and women will not have died in vain.

North Korea is now in a state of war with South Korea. North Korea has threaten to hit the United States with a first strike attack. Where is that trans-sexual Rodman when you need him? If North Korea just send a missile our way I say total war and wiped their capital off the map. The time has come for the United States stop being a wussie to these dictators (Iran included) and let them know we can and will take them out. Besides an accidental war is possible. More than ever former President Reagan's idea of a ballistic missile defense system, the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) that the socialists have effectively slowed down the program, is needed now more than ever.

Yeah it's pretty bold that he declared war on them.

Some believe also when he threatened the US, he is merely flexing his military muscle to impress those in his cabinet by 'proving his military manhood', since he's only 28 yrs old and those surrounding him are 30+ yr military Brass left over from his father's regime.

I'm sure he is banking on President Obama not retaliating.

Ms. Bliss, I think you have something here. I too feel that that little dog eating dictator is playing a game to appease his generals who may not believe that he is up to the job. With the Chinese being North Korea's ally being angered with this move by the dictator, I believe the calculus that he is playing will not be played to his liking. China does not want a war in that part of the world that will cause instability in which millions of refugees will swarm into their country, the Japanese will rearm, and other nations like Vietnam (a long time opponent in the region over the South China Sea issue) will take up arms again against them (China) if full scale war breaks out. Ms. Bliss, you are a very wise and insightful woman.

This is a great quote and especially true given the time it was said, but nowadays, even people "on the outside" are lacking basic freedoms in large part to the "Patriot" Act.

All in the name of "keeping the country safe". Whatever.
