A pretty woman's kiss always makes a man smile no matter how well known you are!

Well done Tam.:smt023

Thanks, Tony. ;)

I should have taken off work today and went down to DC

I think I would have shed a tear there

I owe that man and many others like him a lot

We all owe much appreciation to those who sacrificed themselves to make the world a better place. It's easy to forget how blessed we are as a result of those sacrifices & hard work.

This is one of my favorite MLK pics. His expression is priceless. :D

picture says a thousand words

i hope the hatred and dissent some people here have towards non-black men of any color, goes away

King wouldn't have wanted that

there are good white guys out there that aren't looking to oppress a mothafucka

yeah, well there were crazy ass blacks upset about an asian man was the sculpture

this guy was our real first black president, IMO

imagine Obama giving a speech from the Dr King Memorial...

damn

people would be in tears:smt022

GOP would have made something of it...like

oh he is being a racist. because mlk was a race baitor thus obummer is a racse baitor

oh you see I told you he is a commie.

MLK was a commie.

oh he is playing the race card

Sometimes I wonder what Dr. King would think of the State of Affairs for Peoples of African Descent. I will be stopping by the King Memorial this Saturday in Washington D.C. My wife and son will be standing with me at the memorial for a picture to have for my son when he is old enough to understand that we represent as a family united as what Dr. King hoped for despite skin colors.

If nothing else it would have been something if Dr. King lived long enough into his old age to have seen the first black President elected. I want to get a portrait painted made with Dr. King with his hand outreach to President Obama who in turn has his hand outreached back to him.

Sounds like an idea to include in that portrait others in the background who contributed to President Obama's historic election.
