Sexual Harassment/Assault Scandals

Lena Dunham is retarded, insecure and ugly both inside and out. Gotta wonder what else is wrong with her, does she have body odor, funky breath? Are all 46 of her chromosomes lopsided?
Well, she is a feminist, so it makes sense she is wishy washy when it comes to a black woman reporting rape. Feminism is the same old white supremacy with a different gender in charge.

Hold up!!! Isn't Aurora Perrineau, Harold Perrineu's Daughter???!!! I've posted pics of her in the "Beautiful Bi-racial Women" thread in the past:

Is black Twitter going in on Lena Dunham?

This potentially is about to blow up in Lena's face.
The assault allegedly happened when Aurora was 17 years old and the accused writer was 35. Aurora is currently 23.

It sounds like Perrineau was drinking underage at some hotel bar with her friends, Miller tried to pick her up. Miller was supposedly drunk as were Aurora and one of her friends. The one sober girl drove them all back to Miller's place where everyone got out.

Aurora passed out and woke up to Miller fucking her.

Unfortunately, this is a very common form of date rape with younger, college age women. Getting wasted, going home with some dude, passing out and then the guy having sex with her without her consent.

It's always risky having sex with a woman you don't know when both of you are intoxicated.

Still. Lena wasn't there and has no business acting like she knows exactly what happened.
Defend your writer friend if you must, but don't outright say the victim lied and is among the 3% of rape cases that are misreported.

This is going to be an interesting case.
Aurora Perrineau passed a polygraph already about the rape. Miller's lawyers say that Aurora's attorneys asked for monetary compensation after the assault, which she and her mother flatly deny.

Do you gotta link to the info you wrote about in the first 3 paragraphs & last paragraph?

EDIT:

Nevermind, I found it:

https://www.thewrap.com/girls-murray-miller-aurora-perrineau-harold-perrineau-lost-oz/
Actress Aurora Perrineau has gone to police to accuse “Girls” writer and executive producer Murray Miller of raping her in 2012, when she was 17 years old, TheWrap has exclusively learned.

Perrineau, who has appeared in Jennifer Lawrence’s “Passengers” and is the daughter of “Lost” actor Harold Perrineau, told TheWrap she filed a report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on Friday.

TheWrap obtained the results of a polygraph test Perrineau said she passed in September in which she detailed her accusations against Murray, who was also a producer on the Fox animated comedies “King of the Hill” and “American Dad.”

Miller’s attorney, Matthew Walerstein, said he “categorically and vehemently denies Ms. Perrineau’s outrageous claims” and said his legal team had “gathered overwhelming evidence directly contradicting these false and offensive claims.”

The actress told The Wrap: “I filed a police report today. I cannot talk about the investigation that is happening currently.” She declined further comment.

She said in her statement for the polygraph test that she met Miller while out with some friends at the Standard Hotel, where she “consumed some alcoholic beverages.”

“He was flirting with me. I told him repeatedly that I was 17 years old,” Perrineau said in the statement.

The actress was with two friends, she said, and Miller asked one of them for a ride home “because he was drunk,” and the group agreed. Miller was 35 at the time.

She said everyone got out of the car at Miller’s home, and she did not want to, but “felt like I had to go along with everyone else.

“At some point, I woke up in Murray’s bed naked. He was on top of me having sexual intercourse with me. At no time did I consent to any sexual contact with Murray,” she said in the statement.

A West Hollywood Sheriff’s office spokesman confirmed the office took the report Friday and said it would be referred to the LAPD.

Walerstein’s full statement to TheWrap reads:

After being contacted several weeks ago by lawyers who–on Ms. Perrineau’s behalf–sought substantial monetary damages from him, Mr. Miller’s legal team gathered overwhelming evidence directly contradicting these false and offensive claims. Only after her demands for money were rebuffed did Ms. Perrineau go to the police. Mr. Miller looks forward to sharing all evidence and information with any and all authorities seeking the truth in this matter.

Aurora’s mother Brittany Perrieau vehemently denied anyone from her legal team or family asked for monetary damages.

“At no time have we ever asked Murray Miller for $1. There was never a demand for money ever made from anyone on behalf of Aurora or our family,” she said.

Perrineau’s credits include Lionsgate’s “Jem and the Holograms” feature, the Kristen Stewart indie “Equals” and is in the upcoming Blumhouse horror film “Truth or Dare.”

Her father Harold is a prolific actor of stage and screen, including the seminal HBO drama “Oz,” “Sons of Anarchy” and films like “The Matrix.”

Lena Dunham’s “Girls” has been widely celebrated for its gutsy, brutally honest portrayal of millennial life, and has sparked conversations around many issues, including consent. In 2016, Murray and other writers for the show told Vulture what they learned from working on it.

“The first ten years I spent writing for TV, I followed a typical two- or three-act structure. It was remarkable to get on ‘Girls’ and remember, “Oh, there are no rules for writing.” Just like there’s no rules for life. Other than laws.”

Feminists offer nothing but problems, no solutions. The way a lot of them still kowtow to daddy, gotta wonder if they even want to be in charge. That train already wrecked and rusted. No salvage value. Just a liability for the cost of carrying the trash away.

As I said before when it's a Liberal accused of something conservatives will believe it to be true, but when it's a conservative then it's not true and sometimes vice versa. Well here is the vice versa and where A LOT of times defending people comes from. If they like the person.

Lena Dunham defends a writer on her show "Girls" that was accused of raping actress Aurora Perrineau.

What she says is BIAS, but true. People want to act like women don't lie about rape simply because they are women but if it's a guy they like then that is the case when women lie about rape. One of the reasons why the white patriarchy will win in the end of this is because of irrational ignorance that exist in this movement.
And as soon as its a non white woman I guess me too changes to just us never them

I watched the first 10 minutes of it, and I saw enough. The hypocrisy is mind-boggling. So, they cheered on a documentary on pedophilia in the Catholic Church with Oscars, but refused to allow a documentary on pedophilia in Hollywood?

When you think about it, industries that attract young child actors Etc, are ripe for pedophiles to attach themselves to. This is why you have a large number of teachers, priests, Boy Scout leaders, coaches, pediatricians pedophiles... It's all just so sickening.

Yeah Aurora's name wasn't even trending. I have went to her instagram and twitter, she seems like a decent girl and literally took a LIE DETECTOR TEST back in September and this was before the avalanche of stories started to come out. That don't count for shit with her?
Yup which is why I can never call myself a feminist. Its just some more white supremacy bs under a different banner. I realized this after Sandra Bland and other black women went through police brutality suddenly it wasn't a women's issue. It wasn't about male fragility in the presence of women opposing them. It wasn't a human rights epedemic. It was strictly a black problem.

To be fair, that's probably because Aurora isn't famous enough. Go look at her filmography on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurora_Perrineau

It would really benefit her if she was casted as a major character on a popular CW show or Netflix show.

Also, most black folks would regonize her Father Harold Perroneu by face, but most don't know him by his name.

What famous chicks broke Louie?
How did Harvey Weinstein come out?
Roman Polanski?
The only thing those women had in common was them being white. None of them were famous.
Famous women keep their mouths shut as long as that money is flowing and the lifestyle is poppin.

Omg deal we can split this shit down the middle 50/50 and I guarantee you you still wouldn't be happy. And no one is telling women to stay home, come to the work force display your talents and compete in the market place. My only contention is to do it in female only environments so we can rid the world of work based sexual harassment. What's wrong with that?
Again what would be ideal to you? What would make you happy? Do you even understand the concept of happiness?
You're a smart guy, you know that it's in dysfunctional females nature to create strife where there IS NONE

Even if they achieved their man-free nirvana, they'd create new problems

I would really like to see them successful at proving their point (who knows or even cares what that is? Lol). As long as I don't have to see them at work I'm good.
What is your 'reason' exactly why you don't want to see women at (your) work?

What have women being in the workplace done to make you say that?

Hilarie Burton Says ‘One Tree Hill’ Creator Mark Schwahn Forced Himself on Her

Cast and crew members detail harassment after issuing joint statement condemning showrunner

“One Tree Hill” star Hilarie Burton detailed sexual assault allegations against showrunner Mark Schwahn on Friday, saying that he forced himself upon her on multiple occasions, once while on a call with then-CW President Dawn Ostroff.

Burton said in an interview with Variety that Schwahn began pursuing an inappropriate relationship with her in the show’s third season, when he decided that she was “his muse.” Then, while on location during filming of the show’s fourth season, he kissed Burton in a limo while pitching the show’s fifth season to the network.

“I’m leaning in listening, and when it’s Dawn Ostroff’s turn to talk, he just leans over and starts kissing me,” she said. “I push him off, but I can’t say anything, because he’s on the phone fighting for our show to stay on the air. I’m just in this position where I’m thinking, ‘You’ve got to take it, Hil. Just laugh it off. You’ll get to Wilmington [North Carolina] in 45 minutes.'”

She also said that Schwahn stuck his hand in her pants in 2006, which was corroborated by Burton’s co-star Danneel Ackles, and that he kissed her at a party for the show’s cast and crew.

After Burton told him to stop making inappropriate contact with the women on the show, Burton told Variety that he “screamed” at her for half an hour. “He went crazy,” she said. “I know exactly what this man’s hands look like, and they are my f—ing nightmare. I think of hands when I think of him, because they were relentless.”

Ackles also spoke to Variety about Schwahn’s relentless pursuit of a relationship with her, including showing up to her apartment and refusing to leave. Several writers also spoke out against Schwahn’s behavior, saying that he repeatedly sexualized the women on staff and made inappropriate contact.

Former “One Tree Hill” writer Audrey Wauchope was the first to accuse Schwahn of misbehavior on Twitter earlier this week. However, she was soon backed up by the female stars of the hit show, including Sophia Bush, Burton and Bethany Joy Lenz, who released a joint statement saying they had also been “psychologically and emotionally” by the showrunner, calling it “an open secret.”

“Many of us were, to varying degrees, manipulated psychologically and emotionally. More than one of us is still in treatment for post-traumatic stress,” the statement read. “Many of us were put in uncomfortable positions and had to swiftly learn to fight back, sometimes physically, because it was made clear to us that the supervisors in the room were not the protectors they were supposed to be.

“Many of us were spoken to in ways that ran the spectrum from deeply upsetting, to traumatizing, to downright illegal. And a few of us were put in positions where we felt physically unsafe. More than one woman on our show had her career trajectory threatened.”

Schwahn was later suspended from his current E! series “The Royals” as the network and producers launched an investigation into his behavior.

A total of 25 female cast and crew members of “The Royals” issued their own statement accusing Schwahn of similar behavior.

“Despite hearing rumours about his behaviour on One Tree Hill, those of us involved from the early stages went into the filming of the pilot hoping they were just that – rumours. By the time we wrapped this had irrevocably proven not to be the case,” the letter read.

This show is really tainted now. I can't watch this show again without thinking about this shit.
