Sexual Harassment/Assault Scandals

AMC Did everything right here. Including even satisfying what #MeToo WANTS to happen to everyone accused and that is lose their jobs. And they can't say they DON'T want people to lose their jobs due to accusations because they were applauding AMC for doing it and not once said ANYTHING about how he shouldn't have lost his job. Then AMC did the right thing by not ignoring it and investigated after firing him. When they could've just moved on. Like most sane people when these allegations came out saw that it was a he said, she said thing no actual evidence, no other accusers, no police reports and him being honest in talking about how heated arguments got between the two of them which is why they broke up. And they are now railing against AMC.

Notice the only person actually PAYING for sexual abuse is Bill Cosby. Harvey STILL might not go to jail. And only thing done to others is that they lost their jobs, but they still have LOTS of money. You cannot go up against these systems of white patriarchy like this. They are way too smart and have fought against these little movements before and won or we wouldn't need another women's movement.
And Cosby's most recent case was over a decade ago. Makes you think

I've heard this theory from a few other people.

Do you think it's because #MeToo is partially a reaction to the disappointment a lot of women felt from failing to elect the first women president?
Partially, yes. Women didn't win by conventional means, so they shifted to what they know to bring down the evil patriarchy; gossip, rumor and slander

The CBS CEO, one of the most powerful men in Hollywood, is accused of unwanted kissing and touching in a New Yorker article set to be published Friday.

Before @RonanFarrow’s @NewYorker story on Les Moonves comes out later today, I’m going to re-up the reporting on a CBS showrunner who has been retained by the network despite multiple investigations into alleged harassment, retaliation and racially insensitive comments.

Don't know if any of these allegations are true, but I would LOVE LOVE to see Julie Chen's reaction to this. A woman who has used her show The Talk to stand with MeToo and against those accused. Now she is in a rock and a hard place. Awhile back on here we said what would happen if one of these MeToo women and or supporters have men close to them accused of such things. What would they do? Is it still just believe women? Really would love to see if they bring this up on her show. lol.

Even my favorite corporate CEO is not immune to the bullshit. It's worth noting that CBS and Viacom are in the middle of a court battle. With millions at stake, I wouldn't rule out slander from the other side. Trump has proved you can put all kinds of crap out there and no one will question it

Julie Chen on Leslie Moonves Allegations: ‘I Fully Support My Husband’

Agree & disagree if that's possible
A lot of people aren't satisfied unless there's some bullshit. I don't believe in the Bible, but the story of Adam and Eve says a lot.

They had everything and life was perfect, yet they went out of their way to fuck it up the only way it could even possibly be done.

Lol.

Damn you shut it down bruh, no comeback for that one

Patriarchy = First World conditions you take for granted including electricity, clean water, working toilets, air conditioning, and internet

Matriarchy = gang bangers, thug niggas, fighting, murders every weekend, more little gay boys than ever before, your old football buddy deciding he wants to be a "woman," mumble rap

Choose one
LMFAO!

LOL! Let me be clear. The White Patriarchy that built these systems and industries(like the entertainment industry.) on racism and white supremacy.

From the "women of the KKK", to the Suffragettes, to white supremacist feminism... a racist white matriarchy lent a hand in making these systems as well. As black men, we don't have the option of ignoring the multiple oppressive forces that we have to deal with (white male patriarchy, white female matriarchy, and black female matriarchy). So, when we worry about the #metoo movement, it's because we are aware of the historical and current oppression that comes from false allegations, accusations, and fabricated public doubt.

So, we essentially have few allies dealing with these issues. I just don't see the point in pretending it was all one group when it was and is obviously many groups. Quite frankly, if it was only one group (IE. white male patriarchy), we would have always had less to worry about. I get what you are trying to say, but it is only one side of a trinity of oppressive forces.

My point is that we have a lot more to take down than a single patriarchy if we want equality (racial, gender, etc.), as well as equal accountability/punishment (all women and men being punished with the same severity as black men or all black men being punished with the same leniency as women for crimes).

^^ They are the head of the snake, the key in the ignition. Racism, White Supremacy, White Privilege are their ideologies in which all these groups have been socially conditioned with. They control everything that will keep people under the influence of these ideologies; the media, the education system, the political system, entertainment, literature, ect. Have you ever encounter one of these white people that ask these questions about race especially when it comes to the n-word and instead of getting angry just take a minute to observe them? You will see that those people are taught ignorance. You have to stop the teaching of the ignorance. Indoctrination works in a cycle. We have to tear down these systems and industries or some believe change the narrative.

They are the ones teaching subliminally and psychologically everyone to hate, blame and or see black men not as white men's equal or even a woman's equal. You got to shut the person down that is dragging your name through the mud around town because going through every person they'll just go right behind you and do it again.

I believe White Feminist have taken over the #MeToo movement once Rose and Alyssa and other IGNORANT celebrities unlocked the door for them to invite themselves in. They will keep the White Patriarchy unharmed and will have to make sacrifices. And some of them are celebrities themselves. I rubbed some the wrong way when I named some of these female celebrities white feminist. But no matter what #MeToo's racial ignorance against black men when it comes to the purpose of due process is existing and will continue to exist because of the white patriarchy and the way they spread these racist ideologies. Everyone that follows are pawns. Pawns that YES we cannot ignore and take lightly, but pawns nonetheless.

I think we are saying the same thing, but you feel the white male patriarchy is the worst aspect when I feel that they do equal damage in different ways. No worries, man.

And for the record, all feminism is white supremacy. So, I think maybe the term “white feminism” is not needed.

I think that the term gets unfairly tied in with racism. But we understand why it does. But you know I'm open to learning so what info can you give me on that?

On what in particular? Because Google is full of information, studies, and articles on the white supremacy within feminism from it’s beginning to current. One perspective that is left out is the perspective of black men and that is often silenced and erased by black feminists and white feminists. So, simply reading studies, articles and opinion pieces by actual feminists as well as by black men who suffer at the hands of feminism, and not to mention articles on the history of white supremacy within feminism is a good start.

I could list link after link, but I have done that in a number of threads on this same subject. So, if you looked past them, then I would suggest just googling and starting your own journey to learn more.

What I find most interesting, is that any other movement/ideology with a history of white supremacy, sexism, and hatred/contempt for black people (or any people for that matter) would easily be put in the position of a hate group. But, because it was started by predominantly rich/connected white women, it just seems to be given a pass.

I knew some of that about feminism on the surface. I think I have seen some of things you put on here. I would have to go back. But Iam very well aware of our position. BGS IBMOR says Black men have no rights that black women are bound to respect and I think that is pretty much every non black american in this country. I always associate things that go with the this political system a bad thing because the political system as I have named are one of the psychological weapons White Supremacy uses to socially condition people. So I always gathered it was political feminism, but I'm guessing feminism as a whole was probably created and or cultivated by the political system?

True story. Lately I've been engaging with a few women on the topic and the consensus thus far has been black women telling me they don't want to hear black mans opinion on feminism because we always support white patriarchy or white women who demand that I show proof that black men live within a matriarchy. So all that shut up and listen stuff they always say should really be shut up and obey because so many aren't interested in any dialogue they just want to be in charge period the end.

There are a great number of sociologists that describe the black community as a matriarchy. And a number of textbooks, too. BW just prefer to ignore it because it doesn’t fit their misandrist narrative and is heavily supported by feminism as well as the white male patriarchy. Like I said, Triangle of oppression.

Yes, it only takes a moment to google the information from historical evidence to recent and current conditions.
