Snoop Dogg , The Game and Russell Simmons are a few who are at least attempting to come up with a resolution alongside the authorities and trying to get other people on board to put an end to the racial war.
Unfortunately, we have some very sick people on both sides of this "divide", not just racial, but to many aspects of how this society even operates for everybody, not just non-white people. There is no real solution to this because everyone has to be on one unified side, which obviously is going to be impossible. From my own perspective, many white people and black people of both genders share a lot of blame for the conditions that we're in now. To a lesser extent, other non-white racial groups are to blame as well.

I heard Obama's speech in Poland today and he mentioned (amongst many other topics) that the US is only advanced nation unique in its persistent level of violence in comparison to other countries. What do we blame that on? Do that we blame that on non-whites, whites, video games, politics, movies, ISIS/ISIL, the environment, food, media etc? No. It has to be us as people. When you wake up one morning and start your day, you may have to think about someone doing something to you at work, after work, or if you have a significant other that's acting up.

Also, there is a perception from women that I've been seeing on forums set up exclusively for them, and they see this a "male issue" and not their issue because the perpetrators are almost always men, most of which they don't like.

Ie - I saw this: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-campaign-official-blames-clinton-for-encouraging-dallas-shooting/

Donald Trump's Virginia state campaign chairman said in a Facebook post that Hillary Clinton is to blame for "essentially encouraging the murders" of Dallas police officers Thursday.

Corey Stewart said, "Liberal politicians who label police as racists -- specifically Hillary Clinton and Virginia Lt. Governor Ralph Northam -- are to blame for essentially encouraging the murder of these police officers tonight."
Now, go here and look at this: http://batteredmen.com/NISVS.htm

According to a 2010 national survey by the Centers for Disease Control and U.S. Department of Justice, in the last 12 months more men than women were victims of intimate partner physical violence and over 40% of severe physical violence was directed at men. Men were also more often the victim of psychological aggression.
So we know now that the Centers for Disease Control and the Department of Justice partnered up to conduct the study in the site listed above a few years ago. Even though the criminal justice system is composed of more men than women, rates of violence between men and women are even. Women can be just as violent as Men can be, and I also recall reading about accusations that Hillary Clinton used to have violent outbursts in the 90's. I have two articles below.

Somehow, our political choices this year represent the moral conditioning of most Americans now. I'm repulsed by both choices, but will vote for Clinton because Trump is a whole lot worse.

On February 25, Zamarripa tweeted a photo showing him and his partner, both in uniform, with the star.
He wrote: 'The great @cubagoodingjr. Thanx for taking the pic with my partner and I. Hope your stay in #Dallas was great sir!'

Zamarripa's heartbroken wife recently posted a moving tribute to the cop and Navy veteran online.

Kristy Villasenor, 33, a mother-of two who had two-year-old daughter Lyncoln with Zamarripa, honored the man she nicknamed 'my lobster'.

She wrote: 'This is something I never thought could ever happen to us. We were not done spending our lives together.

'Because of this disgusting display of hate, my daughter will not have her daddy to walk her down the aisle and my son will not have his "best buddy" to play football and baseball with.

'I finally found the love of my life and now have to endure a lifetime without my lobster

Zamarripa was a Navy veteran who joined the military shortly after leaving high school and had served three tours of Iraq

In Zamarripa's final tweet, sent out on July 4, he wrote: 'Happy Birthday to the greatest country on the face of this planet. My beloved America!'

It's all too fkn wrong, appalling, sad and heartbreaking!!

I definately agree that there is no long term solution. They can try to create peace and unity but it will be short lived. If justice was served a long time ago to the officers wrongly kill for the fun of it then maybe just maybe it wouldn't have amounted to what it is now. America once again in the spotlight for mass shootings. It's just totally sad to see that this will never end. How's that little girl who witnessed her father get shot ever going to look at a white cop any other way than a killer. The cops need the harshest punishments for all of this as do the men who took out the cops. I'm assuming that they no longer resort to capsicum spray and tazzers. Much more convenient to just shoot someone dead rather than use the lesser alternatives. The images and videos are all so haunting and unbelievable. If only guns were out of the equation it's be a whole different story.

Sex...lots of sex

As usual....the events of this week are shining a light on people and how they really think and feel about things. I've been reminded why I don't really care for social media. It's beyond upsetting how ignorant people can be, it's heartbreaking and it makes me sick to my stomach.

Yeah. Its wild and sad

If these vigilante shootings put the fear of God into local law enforcement nationwide and gets dirty cops finally charged, convicted and sent to prison, then raw violence did something the 'system' could not.

When White America thought this country was on the verge of a race war and major American cities going up in flames in the 1960s and '70s, violence brought about substantive legal and political changes.

Sometimes the powers in control need to be sent a stronger message than another mother/GF crying on TV and a bunch of 20somethings marching in circles.

Everyone says there's a problem with the corrupt culture of American law enforcement.

Corruption doesn't automatically change its ways out of a sense of justice and morality.

Cops, their unions, district attorneys and local politicians have to SEE it's in their own best interest to stop defending cops who murder innocent civilians.

It's not always enough to stand up to a bully to make him stop whupping your ass.

Sometimes you have to swing a bat upside the head of your tormenter for them to get the message to stop fucking with you.

No one is advocating killing cops in cold blood, but fuck, GENERATIONS of Black people have been raised to beware of the police...because an angry cop will shoot you down for no good reason and nobody will do a damn thing about it.

When I think about the thousands of Black men over the decades who were executed by cops across this country and nobody really except Black folk gave a damn, I just don't have the tears for a cop shot in the line of duty.

Every cop IMO works for quasi criminal organization.
When you do dirt to people and don't think anyone can touch you, you cheapen your own life.

Every Black man I know was taught growing up, be careful how you talk to cops.

Just talk.:(

Because as Black men, we KNOW if we simply say the wrong thing to the wrong asshole cop who's armed, that could be our funeral.

Just think about this, Freddie Gray was arrested without cause by Baltimore police, was held in police custody for ONE HOUR and he ended up with a broken neck that severed his spine and killed him.

So far in that case there have been two acquittals and one mistrial.

Not one of those cops will be held accountable.
Because that's how the 'system' is set up, to allow cops to legally murder Black folk.

People are acting like cops murdering Blacks with impunity started in the 2000s.:smt104

This shit have been going on since we got freed from slavery.

Damn well said
And they were acting like this before we were "freed"
Actually police were originally government paid slave catchers for runaway slaves, that protect serve stuff didn't happen until way after.

A coordinated attack on police only serves to fuel and reinforce their fear of black people. Time and time again, it has been proven that the irrational fear of black people is why theses cops are so quick to go for their guns. This attack will lead to more 'shoot first ask questions later' scenarios. And that will cost more brothers and sisters their lives.

This won't change how they interact with us at all, its not about fear because a white man can have a gun pointed at them and they will talk him down, he can swing on them and they peacefully resolve the situation. It simply comes down to them not seeing us as human beings. Conservative white people have far more compassion for animals than they do for us, this a matter of complete and utter dehumanization.

Do you have stats on this because NYC was already a pot.... No offense TDK

None taken lol
To be fair about this area I will say this cops use to harass blacks and latinos with all the stop and frisk bullshit but it has died down A LOT in the last few years.
