I'm not sure about the post count...I don't think post count really has any impact on it, but I know that time does. The longer someone is a member, the higher rep power they have.

If it shows you how little I know about rep, I didn't even realize mine was up to 5 until I looked into it regarding your question. lol All I know is that it's a great way for me to communicate just how awesome/horrible I feel someone's post is, when I actually remember to do it.

Nah, post count will up your rep power. I have a rep power of 7 now, even though I've only been on the site since Jan '08. Maybe because I have a gazillion posts?

Man, I'm pathetic. I need to stop visiting this site so much. Yeah, like that's really going to happen. LOL.

Anyway, I'm not sure exactly how many posts you need before your rep power goes up, but the amount of posts will up your power points.

power...just start co-signing a bunch of posts and you will be a senior member before you know it:smt036 lmfao...you get an additional rep power point for every 500 posts...at 500 posts you become a senior member...
