Well, my opinion, for anyone who cares. I don't give a rats ass if a black women posts here, as long as her posts contribute to the conversation and as long as she keeps the name of the website in mind. I honestly think the attacks on Brownie were uncalled for... I did not see her causing any trouble at all. However it did bring out a very ugly side of you Brownie.... NO need for all this name calling, I did not see anyone call you any names. They questioned you being here that is all, you were very eloquent in your responses before, why not now?

I am also a bit turned off by something that I did not realize until reading through this thread. It appears that you are very eager for Tuck's approval, don't know why or where that comes from but I think it's a bit annoying. Your last post responding to Tuck's disapproval of your use of language is just weak. If you meant what you said you would have the stature to simply state so, but no you have to agree with him and still talk down to the people who attacked you. I honestly think at the very moment you are in no position to talk down to anyone.

I have to apologize... I read back through the entire thread here and actually see who started the "all out attack" and see it wasn't you. Sorry, I should have done that prior to posting.

Also, to clarify my previous post, not ever would I ask for anyone, man, woman, black, white or any other to accept being called names and not defend herself. I think I was clear stating how I did not agree with Brownie calling people names.
The carte blanche statement was more geared towards the impression I get here that WW seem to feel that BW, no matter how they act, have no place here and should be gone no matter what and no matter what it takes to chase them off. I don't think that is right. Speaking for myself, I am interested in lifestyles of others even if I don't actively participate. It's not to judge or stir drama but to understand and gain perspective and I certainly appreciate if I am welcome on those sites or forums regardless of the fact.

 

She went over the line when she began her sexist remarks. They arent any more palatable for me than racists ones. And she is pushing the limits on her ethnicity comments also. She wants to racially offend us without being completely overt about it. Her saccharine, fake-sweet act is fading.

I figured as much, but I just wanted to point out the specific hateful names that were used.

I think that if you read through the older posts on this forum, no BW has ever been "chased away" (at least not to my knowledge and not since I have joined!) There are actually a few BW members who contribute actively. Lexington, I believe has been here for a while and more recently justhereforaminute has joined the discussions. Neither have been "chased away" and I, for one, enjoy reading their contributions.

I have generally found the members here to be very tolerant and accepting of everyone's point of view - except when members become annoying, obnoxious, rude and behave like trolls!!
