well, dont just tease... gimme the recipeeeeeeeeeeee
u cant keep secrets from ur wife!
sorry lovely...
1 cup (200g) red lentils
2 tbsp olive oil
2 medium zucchini (240g) grated coursley
1 small brown onion (80g) chopped finely
1 red thai chilli chopped finely
1 cup (70g) stale breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (35g) white sesame seeds toasted
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
1/3 cup (35g) packaged breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
easy peasy and soooooo delish:tonqe: even better if you team it with a nice cold beer or glass of wine
- add lentils to large saucepan of boiling water; boil, uncovered about 8 minutes or until just tender. drain; press out liquid
- meanwhile, heat half of the olive oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry zucchini, onion and chilli until onion is just soft
- combine lentils, zucchini mixture, stale breadcrumb, seeds and coriander in medium bowl. roll tbsps of the mixture into balls; toss in packaged breadcrumbs
- brush vegetable oil on bbq, flatten the balls and fry until brown
yippeeeeee...!!! you know that if you're ever down this way we must catch up...!!! i think you're a gorgeous woman curley...!!!![]()
I think my favorite would be Japanese. They have eating down to an art. Love sushi, bento, and hibachi.
But I have to admit, most places have some delicious dishes. Jamaican jerk, fish tacos, thai noodles, pho. Love it all.
