Help me out....

Hey people,

Just joined the site...*waves*.eager to have some good discussions..

Here's my situation:

I'm a 25 year old SBM living in the SF bay area. I work a pretty crazy schedule (10-12 hours a day 6x a week) so I don't have alot of free time to meet people. Furthermore, I have more of a chill, homebody personality than a super party goer, even though I do sometimes go to a bar or a club. I usually just chill out and people watch or have a convo or two with people. I know I'm a good dude with a good head on my shoulders, but I'm having a hard time finding a situation where I can find a good match for me. For the longest time I have been against dating through friends because I saw drama in it..I'm starting to open up to that idea though. I noticed I have grown tired of casual engagements, and yearn for something with more depth..


I posted a online profile in an effort to be more efficient. Here's what I have:

Music is a major part of my life, and I play guitar for my rock band. Dabble in Piano and Drums, you'll catch me listening to Classical, to Jazz, and REAL Hip-Hop!

I consider myself spiritual and enjoy learning about Divinity, Astrology,History and things of that nature. I am essentially appreciative of anything of sincere beauty (but what would one expect from a Capricorn with Libra influence??)

I have a great job at a very well known "Fruit" company that I love! I'm also a musician and very happy to use my creativity. Have you traveled? I'm always planning a trip and would love to hear your experiences.

I am a fan of women that are a nice mix of humor, intelligence, and passion

I'm wondering what should I change about my situation to increase my chances? Should I spend my free time at particular types of events and places? I'm not particularly exclusive to white women..I am ok with nay race...I just feel white women resonate with my personality more..

I can't really answer why I am single..which is kinda what makes me feel bad when I get the reaction that I have gotten from all you fine people so far. I have actually started talking to someone I think I would really vibe with so let's see how that goes
