To anyone here who are experts on working out...any methods through the home that could help build stronger legs? I'm an incredibly fast runner, but I would like to get much stronger legs. Any advice, I'll definitely take up and truly appreciate it.

My mum told me the other day (she arrived) that is was pouring rain in Sydney. And it was going to rain through the week. I was laughing that of all the days/weeks to first ever visit Australia in the summer...and its torrential rain. This is why none of my friends know I'm on this site. LOL. Anytime someone makes a reference to it on my Facebook, I delete the comment immediately (when I see it). You can't delete your profile. You've posted way too much, and Webbie won't delete it. However, you can change your name, you know how to ask Webbie to do that and/or ask Webbie to delete that thread you made. I've never wanted to crack a nigga's jaw so bad in my entire life Book. I asked webbie to change my name and he hasn't yet. I need it done like yesterday. I seriously can't believe how fucking nosey some people are. And its not like anything I said was so messed up that she needed to know from someone else. I definiely feel this one.
