making toad in the hole for dinner with roast potatoes, pumpkin, mushrooms and garlic with carrots, broccoli and beans ahhh the sunday night dinner
That is so funny! I just roasted pumpkin, onion, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli.. then I made a curry out of all of that.....
sounds better than a toad in a hole - LOL. What is that btw??? I bet its delish, it just dont sound like it haha.
cous cous is an absolute favorite of mine. i mix it with roast pumpkin, red capsicum, zucchini, garlic, sweet potato and goats cheese
Yeah I love it too! I made mine with zucchini, mushrooms, peas and carrots and sun dried tomatoes....
Your meals always sound interesting. It makes me curious about vegetarian more. I have had Starbucks so far. Going out for Mexican for lunch with friends.
You guys all inspire my inner foodie! Tarshi, "toad in the hole" sounds wonderful- if a little funny. I remember when I was in London and we saw "spotted dick" on the menu. lol The waitress laughingly said she was going to charge us 1 pound to tell us. Today I got up crazy late because I was up starting chicken soup...so this morning/afternoon I'm having coffee, Fage 2% yogurt with some natural granola. LOVE Greek yogurt in a way that's unnatural. And then I shall have the stamina to finish the soup (I hope)! lol
hey...love the new avi...!!! i find that being a vegetarian you become more experimental with your foods & mix things up more because you don't have that meat to design your meal around my grandmother was english so every sunday we'd have lunch at hers and we'd always go the english roast with all the trimmings (spotted dick did get included). yorkshire pud is such comfort food for me and my kids
A S'mores poptart. A couple of those seasonal cherry cordial Hershey's kisses that are stupid good. And a banana.
