Pizza

And in that order! Looking back... not my healthiest day.

I don't know if I can trust you to follow through, Kushi. Sometimes I think you just play with my feelings, & that's not a nice way to treat a horny cougar. ;)

For brekky I had Weet-Bix with yoghurt and fruit. The Aussies will know what these are ;) They are just 'wheat biscuits' with nothing else in them..healthy-type cereal..

Lunch I was STARVING after the gym. I made a ham, boiled egg, rocket and baby spinach, sun dried tomato and pine nut sandwich with wholegrain bread. YUM. And a skim latte.

Din dins I had veal escalope with a rocket, baby spinach, olive, fennel and red onion salad.

Everything sounds wonderful & healthy...a lot healthier than the leftover birthday cake I had for breakfast. ;)
