Not so fast knight. You know as much play as this case has got and as many supporters as zim has had it would be more than him just abusing the drugs. It would be he abuses the drugs and then some sorry assed sob story. They can still play it to make him look like the victim.

Why is this guy carrying a gun while tuned up on psych meds?

That's some ole bullshit

Just another reason why head cases shouldnt be allowed to carry firearms

I'd like to know why he was allowed to carry a concealed gun in the first place with previous arrest records of assaulting cops and domestic violence.

He has no choice but to keep dodging...otherwise he'd have to admit he doesn't have a legitimate reason for his nonsensical stance or his insistence that Trayvon is at fault for his own murder.

Being followed doesn't allow a person to attack someone. Plain and simple. That we don't know who through the first blow.but its looking like Martin did.

GZ cornered him. Only two fearful instincts..fight or flight. Since he couldn't flee-

Um yeah it does if they have a reasonable fear for safety. You said take race out of it right? Since when are Neighborhood Watch people allowed to carry weapons? Its like chasing someone and they run into traffic.... you know what never mind troll on player

As registered NHW Captain, he was not allowed.

Since he was self-appointed, then he could, but then he can't use the NHW Captain defense of why he followed Martin. He also never identified himself in the 911 calls as a NHW captain, either.

You jump up be prepared for the consequences. Somone might have a weapon.

Dude, seriously? Seriously?

Who had the weapon? The stalker. Trayvon did nothing to instigate this. The nutted up one with the concealed weapon went after the one with no weapon on no grounds.

Seriously, I'm a dumb blonde and can get that.

Tough to do -- it's highly-charged and infused with millions of people's opinions. To truly do that requires staunch objectivity, a steadfast sticking to the facts in the face of conjecture, and resisting it yourself.

You are assuming he identified himself to Trayvon as part of a neighborhood watch program. He didn't on the phone to 911 so what makes you know he did to Trayvon?

If he didn't have a uniform on and came at me I would assume he was going to rape or rob me. I think my reaction would have been to fight him off too. :smt102
