Nothing yet . It's 11 pm, I've been out running around since 8 am. Waiting for ramen to cook now, lol.
So far only a small bowl of cereal with low fat milk and an apple. For in between work and school I packed a spelt flour bread roll with a thin slice of chicken breast,along with raw red bell pepper and cucumber. For dinner I am still undecided what to make. Still have half a day left to figure it out though
Chicken on the bone cooked in a chilli, peanut butter and coconut milk sauce, served up with steamed spinach.
Baked potato soup. I didn't make it, I just heated it. Yesterday was infusion day, and that leaves me feeling like I've been run over by a truck for about a day and a half. This time, I forgot to make sure I had food prepped ahead of time. Remind me next month, huh?
For dinner I'll make Coalfish with tomato and mozarella on top,along with 2 medium sized potatoes and a selection of vegetables (carrot,mushrooms,peas,corn and red bell pepper).
Breakfast - I had yoghurt with mango, strawberries and blueberries.. height of summer here and we have been having a heat wave (100 or about 38 c some days).. Lunch - Wholemeal wrap with chicken, tzatziki, hommous and salad.. Dinner - Spicy tofu with mushrooms, zuchinni and tabbouleh..nice than it sounds Some dark chocolate.

Grilled Salmon with homemade salad, I prefer to use Cos Lettuce, beetroot, shredded carrot, capsicum, olives, goats cheese, sun dried tomatoes, avocado and mango. Indulged in some Caramel and Macedamia ice-cream with my friend who brought it over to keep me company during this storm. Contemplating adding some wine to my food dairy today...
