Wine is a must
 
For breakfast unflavored 0,1% fat yogurt with one fresh kiwi cut in pieces.

For lunch a spelt flour bread roll with a thin slice of chicken breast on it,along with raw carrot and cucumber.

For dinner a small plate of ravioli pasta filled with mushrooms in tomato ricotta sauce and a small bowl of salad.

Last but not least: For dessert Bounty ice cream (2 small bars).

Today I went craaaaazy to celebrate my semester's report card. Gotta eat extra carefully after finishing the other half of the pizza tomorrow lol.

Ordered a cheesy crust Caribbean Lover's Pizza today,coming with marinated chicken,pineapple and fresh mushrooms,but I added tri-color bell pepper and corn to mine to make it perfect for my taste.
That pizza was so big I asked them to pack the half I could not eat for me,cos I really wanted to try that 1 dessert,too,since I was already there (it's quite a journey to get to the nearest Pizza Hut).

And here we go: Cookie dough fresh from the oven with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

and had a hot cocoa with cream along with the dessert. Like I said...went crazy today! Lol Definitely going to be a while before I go anywhere near as crazy again as today.

I slept through breakfast, but for lunch I made red beans & rice with smoked turkey sausage and some leftover corn on the cob. No clue what I'm making for dinner.

For lunch fresh red bell pepper and cucumber along with a spelt flour bread roll with chicken breast on it.
For dinner I had a whole grain bagel with camambert cheese,honey and peppergrass on it.
And last but not least my dessert was a raspberry & yogurt flavored muffin :)
 
my gorgeous man brought me some jerk chicken, peas and rice that he made last night before he came over.
never had any Jamaican cooking before, and it was delicious!
 
No time to eat anything until dinner today so I walked into Subway planning on my usual (oven roasted chicken breast), but decided instead to enjoy 6 inches of this little piece of heaven! Chicken, enchilada sauce, jalapenos, cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, red onion all toasted to perfection...little.piece.of.heaven :smt023

Grilled sockeye, looks blah because I pulled the skin off before I took a pic. It was very tasty, rubbed with a chili lime dry rub. Grilled beets and asparagus. Served with my potatoes salad, wild greens and kale salad, no dressing.
