Fam one day we have to speak off forum because I think you're under the impression I'm complaining. My ability to see inequities and pitfalls doesn't me I personally experience them. I have no problem attracting women I want i just recognize the bs involved. This is the matrix and I can see the code. Doesn't mean I can't run off walls from time to time lol.
The absolute hardest part of being an empathetic intellect is seeing the b.s. and remaining unaffected. I don't know how the rest of you do it

i beg to differ, my confidence is loud and proud when it needs to be. my confidence in this instance is not about what worldly things i have, its about the attitude and belief that anything is possible.

people ask me all the time how am i doing (on conference calls all day) and i tell them i am amazing! why? i know that your attitude determines your altitude and there for i am always fuckin amazing.

the two posts below by you and other posts i have read from others makes it sound like some are looking for sympathy on something you have no control over. versus taking self pity on yourself why not use that energy to do something positive or constructive?

if you took all of that as cockiness then you will live your life under the impression that all the negativity that life throws at you will determine your happiness. every nationality and person deals with uphill battles but its how you react and perceive the battles that allow you to win the war.

Acknowledging the hardships does not take away from resilience. You act as if mentioning the reality of being black in this world some how equals admitting defeat. If I say its harder for me to run through sand with a twenty five lbs pack am I saying to give up? No. I'm just saying you must be aware of the obstacles in front of you to overcome them. You're attitude may define your altitude but don't forget the stepping stones that gkt you to that motherfucker.

This right here!! Everyone jokes with me because when I'm asked how I'm doing, my answer is always "fabulous!". Fuck the negativity. I refuse to wallow in self pity even if I'm stressed beyond belief. Attitude sets the tone for everything so you better believe I'm fabulous!!
