Lol, we definitely pay for the things we put our bodies through when we get older. IMO you have a great shape, so be careful not to work on that bounce too much.

Also, it's important to replace your shoes before they get too worn out. A while back I waited to long to replace mine trying to save money and ended up with an injury. I won't make that painful mistake again.

Wise advice. I am certain this is the issue I am having now. My little Nikes have seen better days and I don't ever remember my shins hurting from running, ever.

Smarter choices! I am also working on losing around 20 more lbs and then toning and defining. Trust me, I could stand it!

It's a nondate date. We dated at the start of the year, but were too busy to maintain, so went for a friendship instead. I'm constantly surrounded by women and kids, so it's nice to get out of the house with a man every now and then

I don't know about this nondate date gentlemen, I mean, I didn't come rescue from all that estrogen yet, but Donnell Rawlings aka Ashy Larry is funny as hell. Even when your just talking to him and he's not doing a set, just everyday talk, he will have you rollin. I had the the chance to chat up with him once.

Seriously enough to make me wanna punch someone in the throat. I so wanted to hop in the HOV lanes in SD the other day but cops were pulling people over right and left for that shit.

Even worse than stopped traffic...getting stuck behind the fucker going 60 in the fast lane. Makes.my.blood.boil. I'm so super mellow but there's something about slow people in the fast lane that makes me want to ram their car lol. No joke. You'll see me on the news for it someday lol

At least you make an attempt to be calm. I scream and curse. No filter. I'm kinda pissed SD has the worst drivers I've seen in this country. All the shit talk about Hawaii drivers just went out the dawn window and under some SD driver's tire.

Television networks can't get young people to tune in so they're stealing a page from the film industry by clogging the airwaves with shows based on superheroes. I don't have cable and watch about 30 minutes of television a day, so it doesn't change my world but fuck me if I'd want to watch something other than a motherfucker running around in tights.
