Cuddling is for AFTER sex....! 'Talking' a women into sex is just that, convincing her to do something she was halfway willing to do anyway. If a woman is on the phone with her GF and I'm kissing on her neck and reaching my hand under blouse, she can mouth silently to leave her alone, blah, blah, but when she's telling her girl 5 minutes later she has to go and will call her back, so we can FUCK!!, I didn't make this female have sex with me.lol The best sign that a woman isn't interested isn't by saying 'no', it's by being unresponsive. If I reach my hand between her legs and I get the eye roll, I'm done. That's when I really get the message now is not the time. I feel like women are upset because a man can literally push their buttons and put them physically in the mood for sex when intellectually they weren't even thinking about it at the time. But I don't beg. If I get the message after a few minutes it's not going anywhere, I'll turn on the TV. The only problem I see is pushing up on intoxicated females. That's rapey. But shit a woman can still agree to have sex and be drunk too. Verbal communication is a part of the art of seduction. Don't change the rules this late in the game.:smt029 Seduction isn't rape.
The definition of rape seems to now include any feel of discomfort at all. I gather women would prefer to be in absolute control over male/female interaction unless they think the man is hot then they want him to pursue them and "fight" for them but only within a time frame they see fit otherwise they'll feel uncomfortable and then its assault. This shit is gonna get super confusing really quick lol
Not a day goes by when I'm not actually thinking about how easy it is for someone to say I raped them We've all seen how far an allegation without ZERO corresponding evidence can go in 21st century North Korean States of America No one even bothers to research men and rape by women The focus is squarely on the opposite and the court of public opinion is hungry
Yup and something no one talks about is the bs and unfair burden men have to not only be responsible for their own person but that of a woman they are with. If two people are getting drunk and have sex its the guy who is responsible even though they are both incapable of giving consent. I am not talking about the sinister pieces of shit who get a girl drunk to take advantage, I'm talking about the two people who have some drinks and both have sloppy drunken sex. We're living in a culture where just having a penis makes you evil (unless you're gay) no matter your actions. I often wonder if any of these women have sons, fathers, brothers, uncles etc Then again women are more likely to be raped by a man they know ("know" has always been vague to me) so then I still gotta wonder why even interact with us at all.
^^^ Yo, fo real, this topic has had this many responses in a day and a half??? :smt017 Fo fuck sake man. I've never been accused of rape and many a cuddle session have turned into porno flicks. For any woman that says "no means no", you need to talk to the rest of your counterparts. Live life in my shoes in regards to "maybe" 15 of my conquests and you'll see too many women are full of shit. Women be frontin all the time, but when they are down, you cannot be mistaken. I'm no psychologist so I won't even begin to explain why. End of story.
lol...pretty much. unfortunately....there are dudes act like women owe them cause they cuddled and he bought them a value meal at burger king lol.....and women will not admit they are waiting for a dude to say something stupid otherwise hes halfway there.
You don't cuddle with women just to cuddle????? You move your hand just because she rolled her eyes? I wouldn't. If a woman didn't want to be touched she would move your hand herself or stop it before it got there. As would I if I didn't want to be touched.
A lot of talk in the legal community regarding "yes means yes" laws becoming more prevalent in the future. From a legal perspective, I strongly urge everyone to keep an eye on these changes, whether you agree with them or not, the consequences can be life altering. California Enacts 'Yes Means Yes' Law, Defining Sexual Consent "Lack of protest or resistance does not mean consent," the law states, "nor does silence mean consent. Affirmative consent must be ongoing throughout a sexual activity and can be revoked at any time." http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way...cts-yes-means-yes-law-defining-sexual-consent Specifically, the bill would require "an affirmative, unambiguous, and conscious decision by each participant to engage in mutually agreed-upon sexual activity." Getting consent is "the responsibility of the person who wants to engage in initiating the sexual activity to ensure that he or she has the consent of the other person to engage in the sexual activity." The consent has to be "ongoing" throughout any encounter. That is a good thing, say victims' rights advocates. Female college students who make allegations are too often asked by college officials to account for their own actions, including what they were wearing and whether they tried hard enough to stop a sexual encounter. Others question whether the policy is an unworkable attempt at government overreach. How does a person prove they receive consent "shy of having it videotaped," said Joe Cohn, the legislative policy director at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.
^ || This People expect for me to pull out a camera and have it on tape that she said yes what every 5 mins .... This crap is getting silly How many ladies in here want a man to stop every minute and ask are you consenting for the next minute?
In a nutshell...men are fucked. Another shining example of why I'm grateful to be a woman. We're giving too many chances for buyers remorse imo. If I don't want to fuck you, no amount of "talking me in to it" will make it happen. Rape is assault by force, threats, etc. IMO you can't talk someone in to something they don't have some desire to do. You're absolutely right though...people need to abide by, and be extremely familiar with, the laws surrounding consent...no matter how crazy they may seem.
I joined an sexual abuse survivor forum months ago... there was actually an category titled "rape by deception". Example, if I told a chick I love her in order to get the pussy but then tell her I didn't mean it, it falls under rape to these people. I can't rock with that bullshit.
No. She changed her mind. If you had continued to pressure her and she was still refusing and/or you physically forced her, then yes. It was not consensual. I wouldn't blame a guy if he was trying to persuade me to have sex, I refused and he then says he couldn't continue to cuddle or caress or whatever because it was pushing him to the edge. I'd rather he just say he can't continue with any form of intimacy at that moment, if I'm not ready to have sex.
It's your word against hers and well......we know how that goes Dig the move tho...too many people are getting raped, overstepping sexual boundaries or whatever and politicians want to curb this 'sick epidemic' Can't blame them for trying because this shit is getting out of hand When just about every woman you meet tells you she had sex against her will before, something's wrong
And what reprocussions does a woman suffer for being deceptive. I'm on the pill your fault for believing her. I'm single your fault for believing her
I've made this stand before and lost some friends (if they were that quick to disown me over that...they were never friends to begin with) who obviously had an issue with people wanting to get the facts straight before believing anything someone tells them It's sad If you believe everything people say, ur possibly condemning innocent people or enabling a mountain of lies If you show the least bit of skepticism or ask questions (because that's what SMART, just and fair people do all the time) you're accused of promoting rape culture Lmao Just think about all those guys being exonerated for false rapes and other crimes. If more people asked more questions and sought more evidence, they wouldn't have been locked up on bullshit charges to begin with
