Just another dumb ass insult from a so-called black man that makes other black men look bad. I'm sick and tired of this.

Ye is not racist. He spoke the truth, but chose the wrong venue and manner to do it. Whether Taylor deserve the award or not that is up for debate, but he still should not have robbed the girl her moment. Also Ye should have apologized to Taylor immediately rather than waiting two days. Anyways he has apologized to her in person and with time America will forgive him.

America is all about second chance.

Good Points, but the thing that get's me is, many of us blacks have often called "racism" on various different white people, when we felt we were done wrong by "The Man", and while we would be screaming "he's a racist", their fellow whites would to our frustration deny, or downplay what we considered "racism". But now, with this Kanye thing, it seems some of us are now doing the same thing that had been done to us all throughout American history, which is deny racism, even when it's obvious.

Had Conway Twitty (R.I.P.) had dissed Beyonce on stage like that, believe me, Al Sharpton, and Jessie Jackson would've had his head.

It's as if some of us believe blacks CAN'T be racist too.

My heart went out to her. She looked so proud to have won. Then along came an idiot and shit on her happiness for no other reason than he believed his opinion was somehow more important than any other persons feelings. Who gives a fuck if he thought Beyonce should have won? It isnt about him or what he thinks.

And thats all I got to say about thaaat. :D

Can we let this die already? I mean the guy has apologized and she has accepted his apology, in fact she refuses to discuss the incident any longer. Why cant people just move on, its funny because I didn't see this much outrage from people agianst Joe you lie Wilson disprespecting the POTUS on national tv or Chris beatem down Brown beating his exgirlfriend badly and what they did was much worse than what Kanye did. Both parties have moved on, so should everyone else.

Its like I said people stilll get more angry when its a whitegirl being messed with by a black guy. Now the girl done accepted his apology and moved on. But people still want his head. Let chris brown beat up a white woman. Let a black congress man shout out to hillary clinton or nancy pelosi. All I got to say is whoever forgave Michael Richards and still like him, but you are still mad at kanye... They are a racist point blank.
Forgive repulsive racist remarks about black people made by a white man, but a black man being rude to a whitegirl is unforgiveable?

I don't believe people are viewing the Kanye/Taylor Swift thing as a racial issue. I'm not, at least.

It's more about Kanye thinking the world revolves around him and thinking that his opinion meant more than allowing a 19-year old her moment to shine. It wasn't about him being black and her being white, it is about him being extremely rude and using the way wrong venue to share his opinion.

But, it's true, this topic has been rehashed too much. The apologies have been voiced and accepted. It's time to move on and watch Kanye either change his ways, like he claims he wants to, or continue being the ass that he so expertly displayed on Sunday.

P.S. And it's not like he was up there spreading the word about an unknown artist whom he thought deserved the recognition. He was voicing his opinion about Beyonce who is a superstar in her own right. It was ridiculous - and like I said in the other thread - calling her video the best video of "all time" is completely absurd.

There should be forgiveness on both sides even though this jerk should get punished. Chris Brown is punished and I'm glad he was. Mr.West should get what he deserves.

A quick check of the posts on this board show that Chris Brown was debated for months. Many threads dedicated to him. People complained when someone used him as their avatar, but some people here want to pretend one thread/discussion about the Kanye incident is too much. Its a discussion board, I felt like discussing it. If you do not like the discussion then you might think of moving on and letting others discuss it. Just a suggestion. :smt023
